It was a simple knit but it was made fun by the beautiful yarn I chose - beautiful creamy White Gum Wool merino held with silk mohair in “Neon Lights” by Wool and Works. I loved the result!

I knit these last year as my Christmas advent and now have a tree full of hand knit decorations. It’s a little tree, but very cute. Hopefully we can catch up in the new year at Loom and Spindle. I can't wait for her book to come out! There are few patterns I'm keen to knit including that striped raglan! Yours looks great! I wouldn't think to pair those colours together but they work so well!

My favourite knit of this year is my highland slipover by ozetta knitwear. I had to knit it twice as the first one was too big but I loved the yarn too much not to get it perfect. It’s a gorgeous purple colour from La bien Aimee.
