Today I spent the whole day just laying on the couch, and I felt sad in the evening because the house is a mess. Thank you for your honesty and courage to share. So many of us can relate ❤️❤️❤️

Kimberly, I have a chronic illness that often leaves me exhausted. I make a little game with myself to help get a few things done when I can barely move. I do 5 things at a time. Sometimes those 5 things are wash the dishes, fold the laundry, etc - bigger things. Most often, my "Do 5" are wash 5 dishes, then rest; fold and put away 5 clothing items, then rest, etc. I have found that this approach has helped my perfectionism because I can do those 5 small things to my satisfaction. I also make use of a timer. I will do my 5 things, then set a timer while I rest for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I decide if I can do 5 more or if I need another 20 minutes rest. This method came about over more than a decade of trying to cope with severe daily exhaustion and pain.
You did so much! Plus the video! Wow! I really enjoyed this vlog, it is truly inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Really appreciate watching someone else who is experiencing the things I do. Your cats are beautiful. Thank you. And I hope you keep vlogging!

Hi Kimberly! Another vlog! yayyyyy! I was wondering if the soda is helping or not? I can't drink the stuff, never could, and my mother never bought it. When she and her siblings were little, he called them into the kitchen and took a razor blade and put it in a glass of coke. The next morning he showed it to them, and it had rusted. He told them, See thats what coke does to your stomach. LOL I know for me it makes me so sick, with indigestion etc. Ginger or pepperment tea is good for naseau. I drink it daily because Im naseaus all the time. I hate the taste of both, but they do the job. Also you could try lemonade or iced tea instead of the soda. Coke also leaches calcium from your bones. Okay enough of my Mom talk! I hate doing the laundry too, and I try to clean up as Im cooking as much as I can.
