I like how they never show what California really looks like in the summer. All brown dead grass everywhere. You won’t be able to enjoy the lovely green land long.
That’s so true. They film every single one of these in the spring. All those crystal clear flowing creeks, yeah, they don’t exist outside of spring and if you’re lucky, maybe winter.
Ha ha, right? I live in Paicines near this area and here it is November 16th and everything is brown around me even right now. It’s only green from probably December to May. And even lately the seasonal creeks don’t have much in it unless it’s right after a major rainfall and then it just goes through with debris.
There's Northern, and Southern. And based on that fact, this would be considered Northern California (but maybe more accurately or closer to, Central California).
@@helenpomerleau6455 - After looking at it on Google Earth, I agree. Though technically Central California, it is definitely in the Southern Half of the State. The only thing I would say, is that the Greater Bay Area is considered to be Northern California (not far Northern California obviously).
@@Sovereign_Citizen_LEO The Bay Area might be considered Northern Ca by the people who live there, but ask anyone who lives above SF and they will tell you it is not Northern Ca. Paicines is consider to be in the Monterey Bay area. Hope this clear it up for you. Come to Northern Ca and explore the area. Hopes this clears up this misconception that people have about Northern Ca.
Wonderful moment 🎉

Absolutely magnificent
Thanks this property is immense and interesting how much you sell this land?
This is not Northern Ca, as someone who live in Ca 300 miles north of Hollister, I find that it is insulting calling this Northern Ca
Yeah, that is quite a stretch!

@@Sovereign_Citizen_LEO Sorry to disagree with you, but take a look at a map of Ca, Hollister is below SF
