I go through the National Action Plan, indeed it is a very comprehensive plan that covers substantiate means of operations of the militants. Looking to the contemporary time, a spike in the militia attacks has been augmenting, therefore, a mini version of the same plan ( if modifications are required in the plan ) should be imposed in the Swat Valley and their counterparts to hold accountable the prophets of doom who strive to deteriorate peace in the region.
