I think brother Zakir do not got hinduism(Vedantic religion) correctly. 1. Comparison between Hinduism and Islam is basically wrong because objects of both are different. Object of Islam is heaven and its pleasures through obeying God's command. Object of Hinduism is not heaven or hell. Whole existence is the manifestation of one supreme God(Parbramha) and experience of this oneness (Adwait) through meditation/Divine love/desireless work is aim of Hinduism. This divine experience is possible here only not in heaven and hence we do not desire heaven. 2. Brother Zakir says in Chhandogya Upanishad it is told that "Ekam evam advitiam" (God is one and only one). Actually this verse says, Before the creation of universe there was only one being (Sat/paramatma/God). The next verse says "tadaikshat bahu syam"- He thought may I become many? Then He created the universe. This means God produced the universe from himself. Therefore universe is manifestation of God and not only God is one but whole existence is one with Him. 3. Zakir naik quotes "na tasya pratima asti". Yes it is correct God has no image but when whole existence is one with God and nothing except Him (we don't feel it due to our ignorance), then what can become his image. What we suppose his image is not different from God himself. Therefore idolatry is not wrong if we seek beyond what we see. 4. Claiming Prophecy of Muhammad in Hindu scriptures is nothing more than twisted interpretations. We may agree on Prophet Muhammad was a messenger of God but not on that He was last and final messenger. All self realized(enlightened) saints like saint Dnyaneshwar are messengers of God and world is never devoid of them. Therefore following Vedas means as above not what Zakir says

The Fact of the Universe Expansion The Life style of Ants The Life style of Bees The fact that the earth is round and moves around the sun in an orbit [ Earth is not the center of the world ] The fact that moon's light is not from itself, but it is a reflected light. The fact that there is a barrier between Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean which prevents their waters from being mixed up. The fact that every living thing is made from water [ Even the Cells which are smallest life forms ] The fact that there is a shield on the Earth which is protecting us from harm [ The Ozone layer ] The fact that every human being has his own unique fingerprint [ This one is not said straightly but it is mentioned in Quran ] The Big Bang The fact that mountains have roots [ Quran describes Earth as a bed and the Mountains as the Pegs of it ] I can keep going on and on and on about these scientific facts. Scientific Achievement you say, Well yea Scientists didn't realize the fact of " Universe Expansion " from Quran but now that they have discovered it. They can see what Allah (SWT) meant in Quran when he said " The heavens, We have built them with power. And verily, We are expanding it. [ Quran 51:47 ] "
