They are incompetent, lazy and don't care! The EEOC is worthless and need to be closed! The investigators are unprofessional with bad attitudes!

That was my experience. I am pretty sure my investigator was illiterate and emotionally unstable.

It was my experience too. I was watching videos about EEOC and one guy said that people should contact the Director of EEOC. Since it is a federal agency, then contact your federal officials to file complaints. So many people all across USA have this experience

Honey, don’t get too excited! They did the same for me just make sure you get an attorney if they give you a right to sue letter! I missed my deadline.

Yeah don’t get excited. They allowed my claim to almost run out of time then I was fired. It’s very sad. I’m getting legal help and based on what I have learned I will now only make claims to the Eeoc as a stepping stone

I think the right to sue letter can be harmful as you move forward in your career with new jobs. It seems that employers know about it and fear hiring you. I received one, the company settled with me and since then I started working as a contractor but not hired on permanently with a new company and I believe its because they can somehow see that I've gotten that right to sue letter in the past. I have years of experience, Bachelors and Masters degrees, and struggle to get hired for some odd reason!

Look, I went through the exact same shit you in. What is happening is: when you use social media platforms like LinkedIn etc., Your old employer is following you. They will contact any future employers to warn them. You can never update your LinkedIn type accounts cause your employers will notify your new or potentially new employers. I am going through this right again & trying to avoid this at all cost. But here we (them) & I go again. I have a preponderance of evidence. My next PIP meeting is 8/30/2023. Firing means time to get a lawyer.

How long does the case take from the time your lawyer submits everything to the judge, to the time of a ruling. I hope it’s not another year

Hey Vince, I have a scenario and questions for you. Employee requests an accommodation. The employee asks to use a price of furniture that already exists and isn't being used by anyone. Employee's work shift overlaps the previous shit by 1.5 hrs and is now having to wait for previous shift in order to use it. Often the accommodation missing or hidden. Finally one day the accommodation is broken and thrown in the garbage, most likely by the department supervisor. What kind of violations would these be, are they potentially criminal? The above is pretty well documented in emails, photos and with witnesses. Thanks in advance!

Will state / local court ever make an exception if the EEOC went past the statue of limitations? For example, due to a backlog because of covid? and/or if you had to transfer your case to an out of state EEOC place for investigation due to a conflict of interest?

My attorney called me and said he intends to get me the moon and beyond but my case could settle anywhere from $20k to infinity. Apart from the being talking down to like a child, should I find another attorney? if I don’t plan to settle for any less than 6 figures.

My Chicago EEOC held my case for over a year and they didn’t even do anything when I’m finally got a call from them. The lady was the rudest person that wouldn’t listen to a word I said, and you could tell they didn’t even read my complaints. She just wanted my case closed and gave me the right to sue letter. Very disappointed because I thought they were there to help me.

I screwed up my right to sue due to a company that I hired to help me with my case! I’m devastated. Are there any workarounds to the RTS letter missed deadline?
I was bullied and laughed at by employees at my company. Is there anything I can do since I missed out on the disability lawsuit? I couldn’t see well and I have ADHD and they thought it was funny that I couldn’t see well.
