Do you try to go over it with a comb after putting your hair up? I also hear some people use an eyeshadow in the colour of their hair on it to mask it. I've never tried that though.
I always check in the mirror for those bits of scalp and then cover them by either combing some hair over them, or tugging a bit on the hair above to cover them :)
The key thing to look good with all these styles is to have curly hair in the first place, which you didn't mention 😅 Among all these 7 styles, I like the last style most 👍
