It's all trail and error. I would start with the front first, then add the rear. If that feels terrible for you leave the rear in and see how that feels. It's really what works best for you. In the Taco I have front and rears done. For the GX I'm just leaving the fronts. Thanks for watching.
I'm 6' tall. When parked, the first thing I do is tilt the seat back a bit to read. I find the 470 is a little short for my leg room. Too bad, considering it's a full-size SUV, eh? They were going for a short wheelbase and took it out on the driver. Small surprise some people are jacking up the seat in either direction.
They make a huge difference for me in both vehicles. It's a personal preference thing thou, some people love them, some hate them. It's one of those where you have to try it for yourself. Thanks for watching.

Thanks! Now I gotta recover the driver's seat. Everyone edits their 'mistakes'.
Not sure what you mean, I don't ever edit out my mistakes. Either ways, thanks for watching.
@@ClassyTacos sorry. Meant that as a compliment. I misspoke. Everyone ELSE edits their mistakes. They are confusing education with Hollywood.
@@Shalmaneser1 No worries, I’m just happy you watched. Thank you
One of the most underrated mods! Really helps with those long days of driving, great vid 🤙
It really is so underrated. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it.
is there a bracket to move the seat back 2" for leg room?
Not that I know of. Thanks for watching.
Awesome video bro! You should do a walkaround build with your vehicles! Especially the Taco! 😎
Thanks man. Appreciate it.
Its alot easier on your lower back to sit in that position.
Can't wait for the seat jackers for my year model Outback.
Right, so much better. Thanks for watching.
Some people lift just the rears in the Tacoma. I cannot wrap my head around which would be better for my lower back, fronts or rears.

Such a great mod for the money. What molle panels are you going to use? Thanks for the shout out big homie!
I’ll be ordering the Desert Does it Molle panels. Thanks for watching.
Hey man thanks for the video. How did it work out with the GX? Did it make a big difference. My lower back howls due to the seat in my GX.
