Does the person do these steps when they wake up in the middle of the night to urinate or does doing these during the day carry over into nighttime? Sidenote, Also, some blood pressure medication can cause frequent urination as well.
@@LenoraPalminteriI couldn't survive without coffee l, but he's right. Coffee is a diuretic which basically just means it increases the amount of urine your body produces. Water can be absorbed and used by lots of different parts of the body. Definitely going to try the other tips tho.

Ideall they would see a pelvic floor therapist to learn the exercises. I would say the day time exercise would carry over to the night.
