    Thank you Ajit! I am a new health and life coach just graduating from a high end program, and 2 more on top of that.. I am constantly listening for ways to enhance my toolbox, listening to my intuition about where I fit in to the coaching spectrum, and what I need to do as a coach to unlock the intuition and potential I have in a manner that feels in alignment with my spirit. I find that the life coaching area is constantly pulling me in, because getting to the cause and effect of our belief systems and mindset is to me, the thing that drives change or keeps you stuck in everything. I found this video inspiring and I took notes!

    To be honest, as a coach I was taught that we don’t tell the client what to do because at best you’ll get compliance. Also the stop and pause tool only works if you have previously worked with your client on how to do that? If it was easy to stop, pause, and think differently or find another way to think about it everyone would do it. The how part is learning the strategies to achieve this and that’s practicing mindfullness.

    Tool #2 Emotional Release. The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson is a powerful tool to release trapped emotions from past negative events. It’s changed my life in powerful ways.

    Curious what folks have found useful with emotional release. I'm personally looking into EFT and Qigong, but perhaps need more time and consistency as well.

      EFT is really powerful I definitely recommend it, it’s helped me release a lot of emotions that’s been built up, sometimes even I get surprised when random emotions come up

      Yes! Both are fantastic for emotional release. Brad Yates has a tapping session around releasing emotional pain here on TH-cam. It's so helpful. I just started doing TRE and somatic experiencing. Both are very helpful as well. All the best for your journey!

    I don't believe in quick fixes like CEO of Your Life or People Detox because they do not address the human failure to "feel your feelings fully," which is a reason for life. Life is ultimately a heart-game, not a head game. Therefore, I teach 2 Energy Empowerment Techniques that rapidly identify and dissolve all stuck negative energy, without ever revisiting the pain or the original issue. If the negative energy is left untreated and unresolved, it continuously repeats distress through the Energy Law of Like Attraction. Vibrational Human Energy attracts like energy: positive to positive energy, negative to negative energy. And so it is.

    ICF says no to "Why" ?s. You will not pass certification if you do that.

    • @mindvalleycoach
      @mindvalleycoach  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ICF teaches their coaching methodology and their way of coaching. We, as Evercoach, follow our own coaching methodology, and we always encourage coaches to learn from different methodologies so they can find what works and resonates for each of them and create their own style/methodology. Thanks for sharing ;)
