Excellent, Savoring the moment, like spelling the flowers when they are blossoming! Pro social behavior, nurture positive relationships....

Pro social behavior is surprisingly effective and counter-intuitive on the surface. I have told my kids (now teens) “if you are ever feeling depressed or feeling sorry for yourself, find someone to serve”. I hope they take me up on it.

Positive Relationships really hit home for me. I think you are right on that negative relationships take a lot from us and often put us in negative thought patterns, bad moods, etc. Time to set those babies loose! Why put our time into them when we could be putting that time into reciprocal relationships that feed us and elevate our happiness. Thank you Ajit!

Savouring the moments is what generally people forget to do and that is so important. I practise doing that every single day since those moments are very special to me. So reminding the client to do that can be very effective. Yes will keep that in mind as I coach my clients. Thanks for sharing Ajit.

Noted Ajit! They are all things I use in my own life unconsciously, but it's a great idea to introduce it in my family's, friend's, client's life's too. Thanks!

Loved this video! Actually practicing savouring the moment while listening 🙏 I completely love the pro social suggestions. I have always given of my time, money, and rerunning free activities my entire life. I feel that we all need to adopt this mindset to make the world a better place. It never requires giving of money unless you are able. I love buying food for people who have no access to it by showing up with groceries or a meal. Especially with homeless people on Christmas Eve. Thank you so much for this video, I really appreciate all your videos. Now I am off to do some savouring of this beautiful day. 💐Blessings
