Would it be possible to see the interior organization of the bag without items filling it? All the product photos and reviews show it packed and its hard to see whats inside. Also no full reviews have been released yet so nobody has covered how it looks inside.

Doubtful, based on its dimensions. Although we haven't tested it, it'd best to use the main pocket for larger devices such as the Ultra.
