      Wow 35 years meditating. You must’ve mastered the mind, soul and body. How long do you meditate each day? Do you follow any meditation practices such as box breathing or any other sorts?

    I've been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety lately. My mind just wouldn't calm down. then I also started having sleep paralysis. so I decided to do some meditation. a whole new world has opened up for me. Meditation makes me feel so much better. I used to listen to rain sounds and white noise at night. But this is so much better. I sleep even faster and it makes me feel calm and good. THANK YOU for these amazing videos!

    I’ve had a lot of anger built up because of my constant anxiety attacks. Feels like my emotions have been getting the greater part of me. This was my first guided meditation and the feeling I got was genuinely indescribable. Thank you so much. I’m not even completely sure why but I teared up during the process. Felt incredibly needed.

    Ever since mediating at night this year I’ve found this channel and honestly the best guided meditation videos with no ads and very serenading voice.     I was on the verge of a panic attack and was telling myself to slow my breathing down before I was able to get to my phone and look up a meditation. After doing this meditation I feel so much better. Thank you

    I am currently taking driving lessons and I’m struggling on some things. I’m very stressed because I have about 2 lessons left and I’m making a lot of mistakes still. This helped in calming me down before my lesson. It’s going to go great !

    I feel nauseous from time to time which is often created by anxiety or thinking about it. I am also afraid of vomiting so it creates even more stress and I use this to calm me down. I hope anyone who has emetophobia finds this video and helps guide them through it. I plan on going to therapy to help my vomit fear and I might come back here to update if I heal.

    Meditation is just the tip of the iceberg. We can do more to actually manage our stress and anxiety outside of the common strategies like excercise and time management. For example, if one were to feel stressed at school, we can ask why we are feeling stressed. Is it because of a fear of failure, worrying about what others think of us getting bad marks, were we taught that doing excellent at school leads to success? If those are what creates stress and anxiety, we can challenge those core beliefs by figuring out where those beliefs came from and disputing those beliefs. We can dispute those by saying to ourselves, "my worth as a person does not come from how well I do in school. It comes from my existence." I no longer fear getting "bad" marks because I don't attach my worth on what I can or cannot do. And if someone is concerned about my grades, I can have a conversation with that person and give them a new perspective.
