    Chị rất thích xem video bánh tét của Vân, trình bày đơn giản, có óc tổ chức, gọn gàng, và có kết quả. Năm ngoái 2021, chị đã gói banh tét theo Vân và thành công ngay lần đầu. Tết năm nay 2022, chị cũng sắp sửa gói theo Vân dù có xem những video khác, nhưng không bằng, chị nói thành thực. Cho đến bây giờ thì Vân có update nào cho video bánh tét này không(video đã post 8 năm rồi), hay gói theo như vậy vẫn là the best, V cho biết nếu có thay đổi dù là chút xíu vì ngày mai chị nấu. Cảm ơn Vân rất nhiều đã share video này, chúc gia đình Vân luôn mạnh khỏe.

    What a beautiful dish. I've seen these before, but never knew what actually was in them. I knew it had rice, but that's it. It seems time consuming, but it's only the preparations that take the longest. Thank You for such a great recipe. (Now to find banana leaves somewhere) lol

    Really informative video, Van. I love all the tips and techniques you showed. So fascinating. I'm curious, aside from the shapes, are banh tet and banh chung the same?

    • @VansKitchen
      @VansKitchen  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      The wrapping technique of banh chung doesn't require the "tightness" as banh tet does. That makes banh chung moister and more tender than banh tet.

Cách đây khá lâu tôi có xem 1 clip của cô chỉ cách làm hành tím thái lát, cô dùng dầu ăn đun sôi để chế vào hành cùng với giấm và muối, tôi không tìm lại được clip đó nữa, cô có thể cho link của clip đó hay chỉ dẫn bằng cách trả lời ở đây được không? Em có 1 số thắc mắc sau khi xem video:
    - Bịch lá chuối đông lạnh có khoảng bao nhiêu miếng lá vậy chị? Chỗ em chỉ bán loại lá đã cắt miếng vuông loại 45x45cm. Mỗi túi có cỡ 10 lá thì cần bao nhiêu túi cho đủ công thức?
    - Công thức của chị đưa ra làm được bao nhiêu cái bánh thành phẩm vây?

    Banh Tet is Vietnamese or Chinese ? I ask because the chinese Music on the Background....Maybe you should better Chose adequat Music....For example if you want to make DIM SUM than this Kind of Music will be fit 100 percent

    • @VansKitchen
      @VansKitchen  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +happy 030 What made you think this background music is Chinese music? Do you know this song and what is the title? I would be happy to know. Thanks

    • @happy030
      @happy030 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello em...Well, what can I say? One dont really need to know the Titel of the song, to catalogize it, to implement of what culture it com from....If you have a bit of interest in Asia Culture than you can see the difference. Like, I dont speek chinese, or japanese, or Korea, but I can hear it out who´s speeking what language..Just go on TH-cam looking for Vietnamese traditionelle Music, it Sound difference...(I´m from german and I have very Little practice in english, please cut some slack for me, hope anyway you can see the idea of my wirting). By The Way are your parents from Vietnam ? My origin is vietnmese., And I love so much the banh chung banh tet, never made it myslef before.

    • @VansKitchen
      @VansKitchen  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +happy 030 Your English is perfect. I could understand all what you wanted to say here. I like Đàn Tranh very much. It is a traditional Vietnamese instrument and it is very similar to the Chinese Guzheng. I personally can’t tell the difference when I listen to these two instruments. This background music reminds me of the traditional Vietnamese music I love and that’s why I used it for this special food.
      Also, this song’s title is “Lotus”. Lotus flowers are traditionally associated with Vietnam. So, I was thinking it would be a perfect song for this special food.

    • @happy030
      @happy030 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello em ! Well, how can I explain. DanTranh playing in Vietnamese style s Sounding different to the Chinese traditonal sounding acoustic. Some modern pieces with DanTranh you do have difficulty to put them apart. As a matter of fact, you have Chosen a Play in your Video that is very very typically Chinese. ////Try this one: Language. In USA english sounding is different to United Kingdom, or English from India, or Australian, or foreigner learn an speak english. Even all of them speaking English, but they are sounding different, you can tell them apart, most of them. Like in Music: danTranh in Chinese and Vietnam normally different. /// HAVE A NICE WEEKEND EM ///PS. Do you have Facebook ?
