    Dammm... The research you guys do 🙌..choosing and displaying the most iconic moments of boxing that go unnoticed..& The way you guys narrate the entirety of those moments is impeccable.. Hands down Motivedia, you guys are the most underrated and All round showcasing channel ever.. !! You guys should expand and include more combat sports as soon as possible ... Would love to see more Combat sports detailed and showcased in such Tasteful and Gangster way....
    Edit - Much of my playlist now includes songs used in your videos !! 😅

      If you time a perfect hard landing body shot to the ribs or stomache it's 100% game. with a fight like Wilder vs Fury 1 we saw Fury stand up from a hit nobody thought anyone could ever get up from. If Wilder worked the body more Fury wouldn't have got up. A lot of Mike Tysons succes is owed to his insane bodywork at the beginning of his career too. Sad to see most people head hunt for days now

    As expected, the majority of the fight ending body shots are to the liver. Your liver is on your right side and actually hangs (partially) below the ribs so there is no protection for that part. A shot to the liver will overloads your para-sympathetic nervous system which shorts circuits. A split second later the pain sets in and its ugly. No-one, but no-one can handle a proper punch or kick to the liver. Its just a devastating strike.

  • @seanmolloy9422
    @seanmolloy9422 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    left hook to the liver, oof dah! Thet delayed reaction of a liver shot is an experience you never forget. you feel ok for 3-5 seconds, an eternity in the heat of battle. then that switch gets flipped and your legs just shut off

    • @bunnyhops477
      @bunnyhops477 ปีที่แล้ว

      They’ll hit so hard they’ll brake there knuckles but they will break ur bones in the process it’s dangerous if you don’t know where to hit on a person. Usually u should go full force with all your power towards the ribs or liver which will end your opponent and it’s beyond brutal but that’s only necessary if your life in danger.

    • @Peksisarvinen

      Naw dog the one that ended Hatton's career was the left hook to the jaw by Pac. That sent the soul ouf of his body.

    • @teanshin
      @teanshin 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Peksisarvinen Wrong assumption. Hatton took his last fight to check whether he still can box on championship level. This Russian guy ended his dream in a spectacular fashion, by body shot, matter of fact Hattons best punch. What you suggesting is that KO by PacMan destroyed his will, courage and ability to fight, thats very wrong.

    Great video. So many boxers today forget how much of a weapons body shots can be. They start to drop their hands and the head is wide open. Or a ko from a body shot. Nothing worse than getting the wind knocked out of you or cracking a rib. You literally can't breath..and with a cracked rib it hurts TO breath.
