Right off the bat that George Foreman power is SOOO unbelievable! It was such a nonchalant punch, lazily tossed out there, with no expectation of it doing much damage, although this was coming off a knockdown I mean just look at the way that his head was turned, looking away as it landed, until he heard the audience's collective gasp so he snaps his head back around to look for the reason that caused the crowd to react the way it did. He sees his opponent frozen in place, like a statue, so he then tries to land a "haymaker" which was clearly not necessary because he was already on the way to the canvas! If it hand landed cleanly he probably would have killed the guy! Edit - I should mention Gerry Cooney, the guy who got knocked out, didn't have an amazing chin but I think it's safe to say that he was considered to have had a "better then average" chin. George was a devastating force in TWO whole separate careers ten years apart, both ending in being champion of the world. Incredible feat that will never be seen again.
Edit- robbed by the bent judges against Shannon Briggs in one of the biggest robberies ever seen in boxing.
IMHO George Foreman is the heaviest hitter of all time. Some were faster and more explosive. But no one hit with a heavier thump than Foreman.
@@jeffbaril548 I agree! He had the kind of power that would ‘shift’ a guy across the ring a few feet from s body shot.
Ali 3 times champion, also different era’s. But george indeed is one of the greatest
@@noahcasa7917 oh I am very sure Ali was the greatest heavyweight of all times. Big George has to be a close second simply by the huge feats he achieved in two whole separate careers a whole decade apart. It’s incredible. 👍💥🥊
@@TheGreatest1974 how he changed as man and humbled himself after the rumble is great. For me most def one of the greatest, its not just about achievements inside the ring 💪🏼
Big George's uppercut is art!
Beautiful ~~~What a punch!
Lennox Lewis vs Hasim Rahman 2 knockout was one of the most beautiful one two knockouts I've ever seen.
Wtf!!! Lol as soon as the video started I see a man skipping like he’s on the yellow brick road and he uppercuts dude 😂😂 that’s epic
If that uppercut from foreman brought Cooney down without adding that extra one, as he crossover, that would automatically be added in Guinesss book as the most badass KO of a lifetime
Some say Ali's performance against Cleveland Williams was his finest hour. Cleveland was a very capable fighter.
That fight took place after Williams was shot in the stomach. Not to take anything away from Ali, but its hard to say that that was Williams at his best
@@mrmatthews6315 They say a “shot in the arm” is a booster of energy, affording the recipient more vim and vigour. I can only assume a shot in the stomach bestows similar properties.
@@trinkabuszczuk6138 Didn't he mean literally shot? Like by a gun?
Ali (Cassius Clay) looked really good against Floyd Patterson also.
@Trinka Buszczuk Yes... I believe Bert Sugar made that statement.
Foreman was already selling grills at this point, somebody should of told homie too guard his grill
Foreman looks like he's just beating up someone who can't defend himself. He doesn't even take precautions, he just walks there and punishes the guy.
Peak Ali was just beautiful to watch.
Fluid, smooth, entertaining excellent timing of when to massage you with punches and when to throw a precise bombardment.
@9:33 One of the coolest punches ever… the “no look” uppercut!
Foreman was hitting that man like he couldn’t miss his head if he tried
Ali's accurate punches... no more words needed 🥊
Definitely a perfect ending to the ranking. Just look at Ali's knockdown. He knocked the guy down walking backwards all while his opponent is walking towards him. His accuracy and power is on point.
Muhammed Ali A Legend
Watching Alì after seeing Tyson Fury it's like drinking a glass of Dom Perignon after an orange juice
@@interplanetariamente fury would beat ali
I've never seen someone throwing so effortlessly and yet with so much power as Foreman used to.
Hell the gap between what you expect in your brain and what actually happens is absurd.
All arm power too.Rarely used his legs.
When the box was an art, technic and courage, not violence, midia and money only.
Foreman chopped wood to add that extra thump after each punch. The combination of deceptive speed, heavy handed weight shifting power and experience was all George Foreman.
Foreman I feel had arguably the heaviest punch. In his prime, he was out to hurt you permanently. Ali had his number though.
@@JamesinAZ I think Foreman probably did lasting damage to Ali though. Even though Ali won that fight, he probably lost the war eventually.
1:29 check out that legendry jump!
🍑
The legendary cracked ass 😂😂
*insert coin*
Boy got cake… double cheeked up
Joey Crack
1:29 builders crack for everyone LOL
That Weaver-Tate ko reminded me of EA Sports Fight Night games and getting in the extra smacks while the opponent's body frozen in time is making their way down to the canvas. Also surprised the ref even bothered counting as long as he did with that man's soul resting in another dimension
he let that man fall flat on his face unconscious and continued to give him the entire 10 count. Ahh the good ol days
I'll never understand that from boxing refs. You just saw that man's soul get sent to the shadow realm... The fuck you counting for? Call that man as knocked out and get him some fuckin help lol!
No 2 isn't actually a ko it was a corner stoppage
top rank is bias lol fury is from TP and wilder is from pbc
Facts and when Wilder dropped furry it should have been stopped

Big George literally folded the boy like a lawn chair 😂
And enjoying hamburgers from his George Foreman grill while enjoying his lawn chair.
He folded like a cheap suit
A great video!
Thanks for the replays from several angles.
9:46 at first I thought the ref screamed "Damn!!!" 😂
10 Heavyweight Knockouts That no one is talking about
Savage uppercut from Foreman. Very effortless.
I came here for Tommy and Ray
Also that Foreman ref was good. He was on his way in the instant that uppercut hit. Nearly saved Kooney from the second shot.
Me too! Nothing more brutal than that fight
Foreman's punches just send shivers down the spine. Arms of granite 😎
George Foreman's knockout of Cooney was ferocious....What power, what a boxer in any decade...! Irish Fan....!
Poor Cooney. He was a great fighter but in a historically epic division. HIs only three losses were to Spinks, Holmes and George's amazing uppercut. Now that is some decent competition
Agreed
If only Gerry had liked to fight.
He fought in one of the toughest divisions in boxing at the time.. Much respect!
He’s lucky he never fought Tyson
Big George had some nasty power.
I did not expect #6 to go the way it did.
Dude in black trunks looked out on his feet, then that haymaker comes out of nowhere and sends the mouthpiece into the next county.
It was amazing how quick he recovered after delivering that blow!
First and Foreman, that uppercut was a sledge hammer.
The way Ali picked that man apart effortlessly floating in and out of range as he liked was a vintage demonstration of the sweet science.🔥🔥
Burst out laughing watching this, this guy sold his defense before the fight or he should have, his face just keeps this look that says "the fuck is happening right now?"
@@bradleykinnell6435 he had absolutely nothing to do. Every time he tried to create distance and reset his rythm, Ali simply floated over with vicious combinations. When he tried to retaliate he was either met with a counter or Ali simply floated just out of range. Ali was the simply unstoppable in his prime.
Truly a man born for the sport, never watched the Williams fight in full
Muhammad Ali at his peak was unbeatable. Greatest agility ever seen in the division, one of the greatest chins ever, the greatest jab ever, and excellent knockout power in his own right. If only he didn't have his prime years taken away because of the suspension.
Fully agree!!!
Yeah, that suspension sucked. Just recently really learned all the details on all that.
He was SUCH an amazing, awesome person too!
Lots of pearls of wisdom quotes from him!💖
I would have add in this serie Lennox Lewis vs Frank Bruno 🔥🔥🔥
8:38 I love how they sent Cooney out to his death when he was practically asleep on his feet lol. Like a lamb to the slaughter. "Hey Jerry, I know you wanted to remember your kids' faces, but we need a few more seconds of entertainment, so....."
That uppercut was the monster of the uppercuts!
Only thing held Cooney up was the punches he was bout to fall right before getting hit everytime 🤣
Beautiful Knockouts!!! Beautiful
Wow! That Foreman knockout is amazing, and just a little bit strange and out there. But thats Foreman for you. That uppercut is from the gods, damn.
In all the fights Ali is definitely the neatest, swiftest and most skilled of all.. Just look how sharp and quick he fires 3 or more punches..
Yeah Ali was The Most skilled, and accurate
past is past Ali if Hes here in our time to fight He will be knockout.
@@andrewlacson6385 it doesn't matter which time.. The video contains fights from both past and present
@@andrewlacson6385 You don't know what you're talking about fella. Muhammad Ali was the only man to knock out George Foreman and would go right through the current division. He can outbox all of them and win on points or knock them out with his underestimated power in his right hand. Do your research mate. Kind regards. Johno
@@andrewlacson6385 your joking me? Ali would outclass and pick apart any heavyweight boxer you put in front of him from this era you clown
Where's Ernie Shavers? Nobody hit like Ernie! Ali even admitted that. One punch knock outs.
That walking uppercut by big George, the most lethal non chalant haymaker ever captured on film…no regard for human safety!!
not even a haymaker, very technical and lethal blow to be honest, but agree with the post 100%
That was not a haymaker, George threw that punch on purpose and he put it exactly where he wanted it. But lethal and nonchalant it certainly was lol
Big George is the essence of boxe. His power is Legend
Old boys mouthpiece flew like a flying saucer.
Find FOREMAN vs Frazier and Norton.... There was some Nasty Knockouts !
"Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee" And Ali certainly did that. One of the classies boxers to ever grace a ring
