My vote is notch the frame and reinforce, don't shift the axle!

Looking great. Need a truss for the rear axle as well. Take a look at the deep water kit for a Hummer... be a cool edition.
That's a hell of a nice low profile truss! Sold design with great looks! You should sell them of a cad file for it. I'm sure people would dig it!

get a longer slip yoke set up so you can shorten the tube and gain clearance
That might be an option!
Between cutting the front of the frame and plating the frame and clearance issues, you are most of the way to cutting the frame off at the cab and building a new front clip

Do not shift the axle make sure it is centered……. Notch frame and plate it for your clearance
