I built one last year for the wife to haul are kids around. There fun as hell but you better like attention, I’ve had people crawling around under it at gas stations 😂. I did a radius arm superduty front, going 3 link on air bags with the next one.

When you bring the cardboard image in to your software, how do you get it to scale? Very cool trick!

There is a calibrate feature to scale it!

1st like! What is the Truss for? Are they structural?

Yes it's structural. The upper link mounts will be welded to the top flat section. The rest will keep the axle tube straight and stop any rotation. Center sections will break the rosette weld and rotate on the tube destroying parts.

you really dont want your pinion pointing too far up or youll risk starving the front bearings of oil just keep that in mind
