Does he just keep attacking you forever, or does something else eventually happen?

Question, in true lab alphys says that the amalgamates smelled the food you had, so what if you had no food
I experienced this twice naturally and talked to both NPCs on some of my playthroughs, I was so excited because I knew it had to be some sort of FUN event I stumbled on, but was a bit disappointed when I didn't get a Lost Woods sort of maze to go through (the game never implied there would be, I just made assumptions for some reason)
That happened to me and I thought it was normal. I got fun level 35-39

I got this screen during my genocide run (3rd entire playthrough)

tbh I got a little spooked cuz I thought conversation about monster gone misisng in that room was alluding to monster killed during geno run.

On my third run so far and I've had the old ruins pillar fun event and the security camera room computer screen fun event so far. Was watching my friend do their first playthrough yesterday though and they got wanda! I got so excited to see, I knew about her but hadn't seen any of her dialogue till then, and this is the first I've seen what jane says too :o I wonder if there's any fun events yet to be discovered 🤔

Got to this room on my genocide run I thought that was like a 1% chance or something (I didn’t know about fun events back then)
I got this on my first play through lol, I kind of figured it was a secret room (no music) and how it wasn't there before, so I looked it up and boom this video.
Edit: I just realized, if you go the way you came through, it acts like a shortcut.
