The private universities do English courses in Portugal, courses like international relations and politics they do it in English, there are few you can do in English.

No matter what, you'll still have have to pay somebody to push certain things through for you. Most companies and schools don't deal directly with applicants. They will still refer you to their agents in your home country.

I'm talking about companies that are looking for foreign immigrants to work for them.
They normally give the slots to travel and tour agencies and they abuse the opportunities and extort money from applicants. Right now, many companies abroad are looking for workers and are not getting. But it's very difficult to get that link to apply directly to those companies except through the travel and tour agencies.
