Great video. I always watch your videos before I make my mind on my purchases. Could you please tell me when will you release the sleep tracking analysis that you usually do?
Good job! But from my experience with apple watch (series 6 and my wife's series 6 & 7) I found that it really struggles to pick up the heart rate during outdoor running, especially when it's colder outside. I constantly had to move it, to rearrange it in order for it to get some reading, otherwise it would gray out the heart rate and show absurd values. My wife even changed the watch, from 6 to 7, and it had exactly the same problems. When I tried to find some info about this on the internet, it seems quite a common problem, so I doubt the accuracy of the Apple watch corresponds to that of the Polar H10. Also Garmin has the same problems when it's cold outside...
What is the best smart watch for health tracking and fitness? The budget is very limited I got like a 100 dollars. Can you please recommend some options?

Hi Rob, great review. Could you please review the Garmin Elevator 5.0 sensor again? It has received several updates and many claim it is almost as good as the Apple Watch.
Hello Rob, thank you for your tests, I appreciate the possibility to compare the different watches since the tests are the same. Just a question, is your intention to comoare even the hrv values? I’m sure you already know the relevance of this value and it would be great to have this value to compare within different watches. Thank you!
Hi Rob! Please add physical exercises such as push-ups and pull-ups to the test. The thing is that at such a load the muscles of hands and forearms are strongly strained and as it seems to me blood flow in the wrist capillaries can be blocked for a moment, which affects the measured pulse rate. At least when I do pull-ups, no device with an optical sensor (Garmin Fenix 6, Amazfit GTR) shows the correct data. I'm even thinking of buying a chest sensor like yours.
