I came from a gen 8 45mm to a gen 10 46mm. I do like the form factor change but the thing that stands out to me is battery life. It's sooo much better than even the 18 hours they claim. I have everything except heart rate turned on and I *easilly* have 60% left after 24 hours. It's insane.
Okay I scrolled past this video and back like three times. The thumbnail is a banger! I thought it was an Apple Watch stuck into a s’more or something. Great job!
As someone who upgraded from the Series 4 to the Series 10, what I appreciate most is the larger, always-on display. And more than anything, knowing that the Series 4 received OS support for so many years gives me a real sense of reassurance in purchasing the Series 10.
I have a S6 still and really want to get the 10 just been holding off to see how it was going to be but I’m ready to upgrade to it now! Thanks for the update on it. 👌🏼
I love how the watch faces stay the same size wrist up or down. It was annoying when raising your wrist and the watch faces would get bigger and shrink in AOD mode. Contour watch face is a good example of what I mean
My S10 slate titanium arrived yesterday as an upgrade from my S8 so obviously can’t comment on battery life yet, it’s paired with a silver milanese band from my old one so will probably look for a charcoal which should be a better match. Thanks for a great review as always.
I went from the GEN 741 mm to 46 mm gloss black GT, I’m a blind user. I like the features still have some difficulty with the double tap feature but I’m learning to work it. It’s a it’s a good watch. It looks good. I have the slight Melanies loop and it seems to be kind of a dressy. Look the lost black I assume looks OK but as far as the way, the watch feels it feels great. It doesn’t feel as thin as I thought it would be but it’s still OK.
I started with the original (sport watch?) and change every 2 years, am now looking to get the 10 probably after Christmas. Thanks for the excellent review.
Great points brought up in the review especially the part about the Digital Crown being harder to turn because it touches the skin. To clarify about the display, the case width to height ratio is still the same. They added barely noticeable rows of pixels to the display width but it’s like max 3px on either side compared to pixel count of Series 98. Super subtle. Not sure why they highlighted that in marketing materials tbh.
this is my first time getting an apple product really, just bought the iphone 16 pro max with the new 42mm Iwatch 10 and let me tell you, it changed my life and made it way easier to fucntion through the day especially with my work as a lab techninican, I can't be on my phone all the time so my watch comes in handy as calling people or even listeining to music or even set reminders to do through out the day!! in one word i'm OBSSESED
I did pick up the series 10 in aluminum and I really like it. I mainly use it at night and for sleep tracking. I had the same issue that you spoke about regarding the burn/rash. I woke up Sunday morning and noticed the burn/rash. I’m glad to know it’s not just a me problem. Other that’s that I really like the watch.
I just went from the series 7 to the ultra 2. Absolutely love the bigger display and battery life. Also workout 5-6 days weekly and use it for sleep tracking. That being said, I do really like the sleekness of the Apple Watch series 10. Looks like a very nice watch, and even a piece of jewelry at times, while the Apple Watch Ultra 2 looks more like a fitness tracker on my wrist. Just my opinion. Great video!
I don't find the AWU2 comfortable on the wrist. The digital crown is placed far too low, so it always cuts into my wrist. The back of the watch also presses into my skin when I wear a sweater and a jacket. This causes deep stretch marks in the skin and is often uncomfortable to wear due to the pressure on my wrist.
@ I haven’t run into issues with uncomfortability, nor marks in my skin while wearing. It is noticeably chunkier than my Apple Watch Series 7, but it’s actually not so bad as I thought it might be. It’s also lighter than I thought it would be. I’m enjoying it much more than my previous watch so far. But, I’ve only had it for a couple weeks now. So, we shall see if my opinion changes as times go on.
I upgraded from series 6 and I thought the difference in weight and thickness didn't matter. Oh boy I was wrong. I sometimes forget that I'm wearing it
I am currently wearing the AWU2, but I find the AWU2 to be quite an obstacle when sleeping (stuck in pillow) and when wearing a double sweater (winter time). I also find the AWU2 puts too much pressure on my wrist when I wear a sweater and a jacket and I constantly feel that I am wearing the watch. I really hope I make a good decision tomorrow by buying the AW10 46mm..
I have the first generation SC 45mm and if doesn’t get updates anymore. If I could trade it in like you can with the IPhone then I hope to get the series 10 in 2025. Hopefully I don’t get that rash you’re talking about on my skin.
Black watches are inherently harder to get stylish when dressing up. I have had black watches, Apple Watch and regular watches and they are in my IMHO, difficult to make it look good when wearing e.g. a dress shirt and a suit. Silver or natural stainless steel or titanium are easier as they look more like a classic watch, especially when combined with a minimalist watch face and watch band.
Same here and it will burn allot after releasing the watch. Also the pressure from the back of the watch pressing into the skin is not an nice feeling in my opinion..

That’s the comment what i Wait
Hearth rate is the most important thing to keep always on
My girlfriend is wearing the SE version and she gets 3 days..

Great video. I updated from S7 Stainless. Love the S10 and am now wearing it every night. Charging speed is a game changer! Cheers!!

I have the series 3 :’) all I want are 2 features..
Upgraded to the series 10 from the ultra 1 and I love this thing now that I’m used to the body size! Jet black is absolutely gorgeous
2:04 the wider display and glossy finish are the best changes about the base AW. They make the watch look mature and stylish.
I have a S6 still and really want to get the 10 just been holding off to see how it was going to be but I’m ready to upgrade to it now! Thanks for the update on it. 👌🏼
Excellent review.
Since I have Apple Watch gen 2 but now I have S10 and I love it’s
From a fellow Canadian to another, great review, will be picking this up instead of the Ultra 2, thanks!
What a stellar and detailed review. 👌
Just purchased the Apple Watch 10/46mm. Thanks for the video, I have so much to learn.

13:06 man that yellow band looks good
Very interesting video.

Holy crap!!!! I thought I was not taking my watch off enough. I got a rash on my wrist. This is not my first Apple Watch; I still have my Series 1.

Just FYI the back of the iPhone 7 was glass not aluminum. You might have meant iPhone 6 back was aluminum and was bent gate .
Sleep apnea detection is available in Canada.
Apple Watch is the best apple product ever created!!
well u need the iphone to use it so I kinda doubt ur claim
The thumbnail makes it resemble a chocolate peanut butter treat.
4:36 what band is that
it comes with apple watch ultra, but he put it on his series 10

Is switching the band two times a day a problem?
Where did you get the band?
i think it comes with apple watch ultra, but he just put it on his series 10
I like the red ring on the crown on my 9.
I like the orange ring on my ultra 2
I like my ____ ring on my series 3
I upgraded from the ultra2 to the 46 mm s10
I upgraded from series 6 and I thought the difference in weight and thickness didn't matter. Oh boy I was wrong. I sometimes forget that I'm wearing it

Looks like you have the band on too tight.
Bro wear the watch a little less tighter. I am worried about you.

I’m waiting on the gold band… that shiet is taking forever to come… 😩😩😩😩
I don’t like the ‘glossy’ finish at all, it looks cheap and plastic to me.
I love Steve jobs I love apple 🍎 thing different 🇮🇳👌🙏👍🍎
Maybe you Canadians don’t have sleep apnea 🤷♀️
damn you wear your watch so tight, left marks on ur arm lol
Same here and it will burn allot after releasing the watch. Also the pressure from the back of the watch pressing into the skin is not an nice feeling in my opinion..
Excellent review.
