0:46 You can attach the ID card strap in two ways :
1. Using another ID card clip for fixing it on both ends of hairband to keep it secure.( If hairband is large )
2. By using only basic ID card strap and fixing only one clip to both ends of hairbands. ( if hairband is Thin )
This is so underrated. So cool!
I just lost the harness for my kitten, idk where it now. And don't have time to buy so I decided to search on youtube and found this. I'mma make one, hopefully it's not too tight!

you can use bigger hairbands
I don't see the cat being tortured, judging by the cats reaction. It's happy.
I just wouldn't leave this on long, but could work if you lost or broke your harness.
