Sir,In my opinion,we can send two people in another boat available at the boat club along with a rope so that they can rescue drowning couple and after that they tie the rope to the drifting boat and bring it ashore.Can we implement this as part of the solution.
Sir can we just take extra boat from boat Club. Because as the couple were drowning, before boating they were already given life jacket, so sir can we group saving injure man and couple as we just have to take the couple to another boat?
Sir, if in similar situation instead of lake & unarmed students, NCC camp armed students were there, is it a good approach to take the decoits to the police station directly?
Nope. Even though u are a NCC cadet, u can't engage with dacoits directly, firstly u are not that much trained professional to carry out any such operations and secondly u are not supposed to use ammunition, this is the responsibility of forces and police, and let them do it. U can use guns only in case of self defence.
Is it okey if i plan to take away idol from temple just to make sure that even if dacoits reach before arrival of rangers the idol will still be in safe hands
they can also inform about the smuggling issue to the guards in forest check post
