@@LIZZgame generally if you talk to vance the right way they wil go and protect arefu, for the price of blood packs, and if you do that right you get a special perk that allows you to heal more like a vampire , Blood packs heal 20 Hit Points instead of only 1.
you dont have to drink the blood of anyone, like going to a blood bank to get a bag thats it. no biting people, if you dont you are still a normal human can live in the sun, no negatives at all

Remember that you didn't keep only the one of them & sell the rest (since they all use the same ammo) next time you are irritated about over-encumbered or lacking money. On the other hand selling meds or Pre-war money is no pressing affair as those weigh nothing.

You can repair Combat Armor with the Talon Company Armor. Or vice versa, if you prefer to wear black. The "B." who hired Hitmen to "extermination" you is Mr. Burke. He's upset that you defused the bomb in Megaton without speaking to him first.
You can also... purchase some upgrades for your home... the brewing ...cure 😁 somethin' stuff 😅 is pretty chemically cool. 😅 But be careful with where you store your items ... with home theme changing... might lose some... from what I remember😅 Fallout 3 was my first Fallout played title😊... I won it, a hardcopy (no DLC s), long ago 😅 ...love the buggy mess 😅 Love your playtrough 👍🏻 keep em' coming
Early in the game i use a good melee weapon on easier creatures like dogs. Save the ammo for tougher enemies. You will not be out of ammo all the time.
I'm behind on your videos, so I don't know if anyone has told you but you can change the item catagory in the trade window with the small arrows at the top. Should help reduce with the need to scroll your or their items.

For the Blood Ties quest. I think that because you talked to Ian West after(only) killing Vance, Ian was considered as part of Arefu again while still counting the Family as friends. So killing them caused Ian to turn on you along with Arefu. If you had killed them all before giving Ian the letter, then everything would've(should've(could've)) been fine. I think the letter was the "if all else fails" option, where it would clear Ian's concerns of any previously killed Family members, but not future deaths.

Yes, so... dont worry about your karma, steal to your heart's delight, do what you want, because all you have to do to get good karma is get pure water from codsworth and give it to the guy outside megaton. You can get 5 waters from codsworth each time. I think you have to wait 3 business days outside of megaton before he will reload on pure water. Edit: B stands for Burke, the guy that wanted you to blow up megaton.
You will likely already have someone say to you but i would not drink the Nuka Cola Quantums as they are linked to a future quest. Also, collect Teddy Bears as you go and store them away. I don't like giving any spoilers and that kind of thing but it really is helpful for you to know this as you play. Also store away undamaged pre war books.

I've been watching Gopher try to avoid spoilers for ten years, and have come to the conclusion that there are two main types of people who spoil. Those with genuine good intentions, who just say too much, and those who wish to project themselves or their playstyle onto you. If you don't play the game like they do, it makes them very anxious. There's a ton of stuff I'd love for you to see and experience, but that's my game, not yours. It's a fine line between making helpful suggestions and spoiling the game for someone. In a game like this, nothing you do is wrong (except teabagging. That's just silly, IMO). ~_^
If you get a chance to build a dart gun do it and play with it a while ... it can get very interesting at times ... lol ... the same is true for the rail spike gun too.

"You have such a short time to react (to mines)." It's almost as if mines were designed to catch you off guard before you could react! lol. I am such a clutz in these games that I usually take the perk to no longer trigger traps by walking over them. If I didn't take this perk: I'd blow myself up every 5 minutes by tripping on something. 😂
I see you took to points in swift learner in order to gain XP faster, the well rested effect from sleep also gives you more XP from everything you do. Would be worth to try stay well rested as much as possible. Then you'll level up like a maniac.
Hopefully you have discovered this, but all the junk you think you might need can be stored at your house in Megaton. You can store stuff in containers throughout the word and they should remain there for a good while, long enough for you to do some fast travels back and forth to collect them. A lot of the items can be used to make other things at a workbench.
If you like the combining things to repair, you will probably love the idea of combining things to upgrade them. You can do that in another RPG, called Two Worlds. The game was blasted by most, but I liked it a lot. If you ever feel like playing an action rpg set in a fantasy world and you haven't played it before, you might want to get it from say GOG and give it a GO. (sorry). I know you have probably found out by now, but if anyone else new at this game is watching, you can also heal libs by applying the stimpak directly on the body part. BTW, off topic, but did you set up the ads to play ever 3-4 minutes or TH-cam? I am not judging, just curious as I have seen like 30-40 ads in this video alone.

Paint guns only fire paint. They're useless in combat. At least nail guns fire nails, that does a little bit of damage. What you need is an ELEPHANT GUN!
Hi girl! Love your playthrough, but there is a few thing you should do. USE VATS-AND AIM FOR HEAD OR LEGS. DEADCLAW AND SUPER MUTAN AIM FOR LEGS. This should save your life and ammo.When it comes to loot-You must paid more attention. You miss alot of loot. AND EVERY LOOT IN THE GAME CAN BE USE TO MAKE-AND REPAIR STUFF.

When you find Dogmeat, leave him in your house. He can die out there. It's not like Fallout 4. VATS is much better to use, it can also cause critical hits. You didn't notice when a bullet connects in VATS how much damage it did? Also, make sure you don't accidentally use magazines that show a clock when looking at them. Some are temporary boosts, not permanent. Store all your stuff in your house too. I put my stuff in the lockers. Weapons, clothes, guns, everything you want. Only carry what you need out there. If someone is shooting at you and you can't find them, try VATS, it locks onto them. You can reload the game without dying haha. You ate Sugar Bombs but you were supposed to give them to that guy haha.
there is a peaceful solution with the family and even make them not be cannibals. sorry but this is the screwiest solution you did. also the first time i saw it...
the update barely adds anything. I did the quests in like 2 hours on survival. with fast travel it's probably like an hour or so depending how far you are in your file.

The mines take longer to go off, the higher your explosives skill.

I try to do that now, yea. Sleeping in beds as much as possible to save stimpacks and be more rested.
Not sure Swift Learner is worth it in the long run as you max out before you know it.

Some are temporary boosts, not permanent. Store all your stuff in your house too. I put my stuff in the lockers. Weapons, clothes, guns, everything you want. Only carry what you need out there. If someone is shooting at you and you can't find them, try VATS, it locks onto them. You can reload the game without dying haha. You ate Sugar Bombs but you were supposed to give them to that guy haha.

I played FO4 2x already, the last playthrough was 5 months ago. I figured I'd rather play one of the FO games I haven't played before :)
the update barely adds anything. I did the quests in like 2 hours on survival. with fast travel it's probably like an hour or so depending how far you are in your file.
