Indeed. I have the 8k-x which has positional sensing on the snare, it's even more realistic. All kits are awesome except for the Absolute Maple, inho sounds like crap.
It's incredibly good for electronic drum. Very sensitive, 2 centres, it recognizes at least five positions (at least as far as I can tell) of open/close, which is really damn cool. Only downside is it is one piece and of course it's a rubber so feels 3a bit differently when hit. However pedal etc. is literary same as acoustic. I can't stress enough how much of a pleasant surprise it was.
