Well, perhaps because this is a decoration project that just makes a cable thicker, but doesn't add strength. When it first started I thought you were going to somehow put the cable inside Paracord which IS strong. This is just as ridiculous as another TH-cam producer who replaces one of the USB connectors with phone jacks or large metal industrial connectors for what he calls "mechanical keyboards" with enough size to carry 20 amps. No keyboards for humans use such a connector! Have you guys given up on using computers and just turn them into clumsy nonfunctional props?
