Farallon Fields | What We Know So Far | New Construction Viera Homes in Brevard County, FL

Farallon Fields sits right off of the recently completed Pineda Boulevard Extension. Nearby new construction neighborhoods include Pangea Park, Laurasia, and Crossmolina.

There will be 7 collections within Farallon Fields, 3 of which are gated. Some of the same collections from Pangea Park will be available as well, including Aries, Stella, and Gallery collections. The gated section of the neighborhood will feature new floor plans as well as new modern elevations. The lots will range from 45', 55', and 65' wide. Pricing has not been announced yet.
Directly adjacent to the community is the Village Plaza, which will be home to The Goddard School of Viera, and Fire Station #49, among other establishments.
Presumably named after the Farallon Islands, off the coast of San Francisco, this new community is pronounced fair • uh • lawn
