So if two people are hired, but one person never takes sick days, puts in extra hours, and doesn't take leaves of absences, they should make the same amount of money and get the same amount of promotions?

Mr. Branigan, this is an excellent video! My question is when I was reinstated in 2018, I was being paid $71,000 less compared to males (in my department and college). I experienced a hostile work environment.
    1. Can a government entity be charged for punitive damages?
    2. I have not been paid Judgment (2017), does it collect 10% interest or 7% simple interest?
    3. Are lost wages ( difference in salary) between gender/race paid for past 10 years as I filed the case with EEOC and DFEH?
I have contacted several attorneys and they tell me that California state university system will pay hourly rate and not on contingency fee basis. The university is pressuring me to retire and I don’t have enough pension funds (as my salary has been low). I need a lawyer as soon as possible. Thanks 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

I have a question about affirmative action. There are many firms in the state claiming they are equal opportunity firm and practice affirmative action. But they do not hire Asian workers or the Asian employees are substantially underrepresented in the company. Is there any legal related issue here?
