These are used mainly for roadside work such as ditch cleaning and ditch grading or fallen trees on roads in my area. Very effective at those roles and travel well with no low boy needed.
Awesome machine & fantastic operating skills. Does the excavator (Grade-all) come with A/C? Just wondering? The open window and off sider (wearing dust protection) kinda throws me. Is silica a problem?
Yes it has a/c and the open window is because its misting rain and he can see better. We never worry about silica, i also drilled awhile thats wher silica got me .white lung . Im 52, srill going by the Lord's grace and kindness

When i run a gradall,ten years, there wouldnt have to have been no bobcat or anything else cleaning corners and grading it for blactop i di all that in about three or four passes and have put the asphalt oatch in too dieseled the bucket down and pulled her in
Chcelo by to trochu za pátrať 😉😉 Gradall začal už v 40-50rokoch. V 70 rokoch sa par kusov priviezlo do ČSSR na výstavbu diaľnic. Podľa týchto Gradallov bol v Detve vyrobeny SATUR 051K, potom bola UDS 080 a až potom UDS 110. Pravdou je, ze UDS kopírovala Gradalla. Akurát tomu urobili zmeny, rameno je štvorcové, nie trojholnikove, lyžica sa otáča na hlavici, u Gradalla celé rameno, piesty sú pred kabínou, miesto za kabínou, UDS ma 4 podperne nohy, Gradall uzamyka perovanie... Samozrejme je toho ešte viac... Takže tak, Satur je kópiou Gradalla a UDS sa nechala nechala Gradallom už iba inšpirovať 😉😉 chce to niečo zistiť, než napísať hlúposť 👍🏻
Dodgy as F*ck........ only watched a a few minutes, operator is out of the cab with the boom raised, the guy in the yellow rain coat walked under the bucket a few times. Driver needs to slow down a bit and do a tidier job

Ran both an 880 and a 5100, Love some of the improvements in the 5100 but the 880 was much easier to control overall. Give me my BELOVED 800 ANYDAY.

It's a parking area and the base was in good shape
Having worked in the industry I bet you never seen anybody use a gradall either.

Sloppy machine to, those are only really meant for ditch work
@@koda7820 They really are best for ditch work but I do see a few companies use them for removing asphalt in parking lots mostly.
