EASY GARNISH FOR ANY DISH | Simple Recipes

This delicious stew is very easy and quick to prepare. A traditional meatless potato stew, but full of flavor and always liked by everyone.
Ingredients:
-1 kilo of potatoes
-8 strips of bacon
-1 cup of chopped onion
-2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
-1 teaspoon oregano
-2 cups of tomato puree
- 2 cups of chicken broth
-1 bay leaf
-Salt
-Pepper
