There are some toxic Learning Amabassadors, Problem Solvers and PAs at my job with horrible attitudes, and it always seems like the AM favors them over everyone else. I guess they let the vests get to their heads. So whenever they throw out that VTO to me, I take it without any hesitation and remorse. Why deal with the stupid BS when I can get peace VTO'ing my whole shift, and making money working other gigs? 🤷🏾♀️ I VTO because of the favoritism and I feel as though I am not important. I like the job though, but when I see unfairness, and that VTO opportunity is there, hell yeah I'm taking it.
That’s very true seems like that does happen for than it doesn’t but even though that’s annoying dealing with that don’t let them push you away from collecting and leaving early, but I hear where your coming from.
Just finished my first week and bro do my feet ache working pick! 🤣 but you definitely give me that motivation to do and be better. Looking to make that climb from seasonal to reach for my vision! Much love bro 😎
@@S.B. AYO first day, week 2. Was picking at almost 75 for the night. Seasonal is 40, permanents are at 50. It’s a legacy facility so we push totes up n down mods.
At least you got to get on the ladder bro. Most F1 associates have not got near that ladder if you know what I mean. People do strange things for that Besos money.
What are all the ranks and everything I have no clue how it works even though I watch all your videos. Is there like level 1 to level 12 for being a regular employee then another type of rank for area Manager?
It’s in one of my videos I think it’s called is Amazon a good career, and the warehouse goes from like 1 to 7 or 8 I forgot what a site leads number is. I think I say it in that video.
@@jamesray1439 The 2 FCs I worked at, L7 is Sr. Ops Manager and L8 is GM. Some sites I do know don't have L8s, so the L7 is the Site Lead. Then on the days the L8 isn't present like on nights because most L8 GMs I knew worked days, the L7 was in charge
I’ve been amazon a year now in pick I’ve been lied to soo so many times by managers despite me being a top picker number 1 in the building on a consistent basis they tell me oh u can be ambassador at this time that time this time I’ve applied multiple times to different roles even amnesty I one time came to the point where u didn’t ask to do anything any more it almost seems as if they want me to do nothing but pick but yes the managers lie constantly and they are very forgetful I’ve had about 3-4 managers in one year and they mostly seem to never really know what they are doing
I’ve seen that Happen a few time fam have you ever tried to go directly to the learning department and speak to them? You should be able to get a form from them then have your AM fill it out then you turn it back in.

It's Amazon in general I'm getting ready to start my own Expose Series to expose the toxic work environment for the Bloomington SB1 facility. I've been an 2nd AD and worked in the entertainment/film industry going on 15yrs. I've been undercover at SB1 for six months now. Went into work tonight was 30 minutes early, working as a Jammer and they called to get me to go to Robots and I went and clocked out and left. Amazon literally deserves every bit of bad press they get. I've seen it first hand.

I’m not doing a exposed series but I would say with my experience it’s the work force in general not just Amazon, and honestly it’s not the worst that I’ve experienced not even top3 but it it could be better.
@@S.B. when I came to this facility in November of last year I came to get a job as a Jammer, the Management has lied, stonewalled and basically ignored all request to get me in the Jammer class. We’re on our third wave of new hires since November and new hires are walking in off the streets taking Jammer positions while us November hires are still stuck working MP, manual palletize. The place is literally a mess and it’s an Amazon business philosophy thing more than anything else. Oh, I’m on like my fifth night has a Jammer when I’ve been trying to get in since November of last year.
I was told today to apply on something called Campus Next for an Area Manager Position. Wouldn't that be similar to basically apply for jobs on the Internal Site (jobfinder) or is there an actual site to go to that I am unaware of? (Been working for Amazon 2 years and have never heard of Campus Next (believe it or not))

The Site GM is usually a L7 at most FC’s.
