Any plan on Ground floor with only Godown big one for utensils shop. 1st and 2nd floor with living room and bed room for 6people. Kitchen and private toilets. And 3rd floor with 2 rooms terrace and place to put solar panel. Design like Indian culture

Kudos to architect but there are few things that urban rich install that I don't understand.. why home theater... unless you are a bollywood producer big TV in living room is enough.... water bodies in/around....require a lot of maintenance and waste of water Jacuzzi...waste in a tropical country

Total cost of everything. So the total expense of this project is rs 5500/sqft x 5500sqft = rs 3crs.
