    I watch a fair few videos like yours by other channels but you're the first to use the plastic chute on the drain pipes to collect all the crap. It makes so much sense as it will also stop most of the stuff going all over the place which always happens from what I've seen elsewhere. I'll be commenting on their videos in future & asking them why they don't use them. Can't cost much I would guess & would pay for themselves in clean up time. Well done Paul - oh, also well done as getting very close to 1k subs! 👍

      Credit where it's due. I was taught about using gutter sleeves by Christopher Cloke on the Professional Softwash Technician course. Thank you for watching.

      Thank you for the compliment. And yes, roof cleaning is very physical.

    cracking job mate , what sort of price would you be looking at?

    • @jetreadyuk
      @jetreadyuk  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don't usually discuss pricing. Only to say that I bought the enquiry from bark.com so I needed to make sure my price was competitive, because other contractors would also be quoting. The home owner obtained four quotes and mine was the highest.

    Hi Paul great job the temporary down pipe what size are you using and what you using to attach the temporary down pipe also you on a foot pedal and what size pole you using and what you dilution rate on the bacs .

      Cheapest option for temporary down pipe is to buy some 6 inch layflat polythene tubing off ebay. Just attach with cable ties. I started without a foot pedal but found it very difficult working from a trigger on a scaffold tower, like trying to land a marlin all day long. Foot pedal was a game changer, as you can extend the pole so it works as a counter balance... much easier to handle. I still have a trigger if working on the ground, like on a bungalow, say. This way I can walk around without needing to move the foot pedal all the time. I use a 35 foot OVA 8 pole which bought already adapted for pressure washing from Q Services in Ingelton. As for the biocide, always follow whatever is written on the label. On this job I used Pureseal BACClear Pro so it's 1 to 20 when applied on a roof. Thanks for your interest in the channel! I'm glad you find it helpful."
