I stupidly left my boat out in the sun uncovered for too long. The area around the transom has come away from one of the pontoons. How would you recommend re attaching it? Will gluing new patches around the transom in place of the originals work? I’m assuming you don’t glue the metal curve to the larger pontoon.
I am new to these boats. Out here in California we deal with weather that is often over 95F. I have an older boat and am always gluing. I use Sta Bond. Haven’t the funds for a new boats and out here in California difficult to find. Any recommendations on keeping an older boat alive in hotter weather.
