By the way, when you go out how do you usually pay? Everyone paying for its own or you split or you do like you did in this vlog? I had a cultural shock when I met some of my friends from England and I was so used paying for my own and they wanted to split literally everything 😂 And is the tips included in Korea?
It depends on who I hang out with! Usually it's half/ half or someone pay for the meal and the other person HAS to pay for the coffee& dessert. It's kind of the culture here to have coffee after meal and will be considered rude if you don't offer to buy coffee back if the other person paid for the meal. If you don't have time for coffee, you could simply say "next time I'll buy you a meal too" ❤️
Also we don't tip in Korea!
