I did my own comparison shave between the aluminum lupo and the aluminum timeless razors. FOR ME, the timeless aluminum was 100 times better than the lupo. The aluminum lupo gets the gong from me) Maybe the steel lupo is better.
I have the timeless it is aggressive sitting on the counter absolutely no pressure make no mistake gap is not the whole story if that is your preference go for it
I just ordered a Lupo and will compare to my ATT Calypso which is much more $. Razorock is tops for quality and value and seems to be killing it with their recent releases. Good stuff!
Based on pictures alone, they both seem to be designed after Wolfman (likely BBS-1) which forums praise for being smooth and efficient and hitting the sweet spot where it can make a sharper blade smooth and also perk up a mild blade. What do you think? BTW, love your videos CDB, please keep up the good work.
I think the Lupo is probably more like it in design. Both are great razors and I enjoy using both. They have a nice combination of smoothness and efficiency. Thanks so much for the kind words sir.
Lupo one thousand times better i tried the both kept the lupo the timeless gave so much irritation burn bumps and i mean bad that i had to call in out from work tried again several of times different conbination and the same results why i heve 0 idea but i did notice many imperfections on the razor. Dont know if that was the reason but timeless never again
@@franksartini1009 I tried one maybe a couple of years ago and I liked it but it wasn’t my favorite. That said, I think they have more models now and I think I could find one that really hits the spot.

Hi Chris, i purchased used aluminum lupo. How will you clean it before using?
You can wash it with a mild dish soap if you like. Something like dawn or whatever you have. Nothing abrasive, just dish soap will be fine.

Great video as always! How do these razors compare to the H&S N075 in terms of smoothness and efficiency?
I know I've used a H&S but I can't recall the model #.

The one you used was the first edition of the N075 with the SS top cap and handle and the anodized aluminum base plate.
How does the Timeless Aluminum compare with the Bronze? They look identical, so I suspect the weight is the deciding factor.
As best as I can recall the Bronze is weights a little more.

Oh yes, price is always a factor for folks. One should always choose the best product they can get that first within their budget.

There's no one piece of gear that works great for everyone across the board. Sorry the Timeless didn't work well for you but I'm glad he Lupo is.
Same here you it must have a lot of positive exposure riding the cap helps a little still had red blotches and plenty of burn
