Onion - 1
Coriander leaves - 1/ cup
Garlic cloves - 6 to 8
Gram flour (besan) - 1/3 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Baking soda -1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry
