Engine:
M50B20 Block Bored to 84mm.
Line honed with arp mains.
Smoothed and skimmed decks.
Thermal painted black.
M52B28 crank polished and balanced
M52b28 pistons and rods, new Goetze piston rings gapped correctly for boost.
King race bearings all within spec and tolerance checked using plastiguage.
Cometic MLS Head gasket.
ARP Head studs.
M52b28 head.
M54 intake cam.
Timed using Perry’s timing blocks 6 degree to increase overlap.
All new gaskets and chains etc internally.
M50 intake manifold.
Gearbox:
E46 330 5 speed ZF box (stronger).
Ftwl performance clutch and flywheel.
Turbo bits:
Ftwl oil cap & cooler.
Toyo sports intercooler & pipework.
Siemens deal 630cc injectors.
Walbro 455? fuel pump.
Sytec fuel pressure reg delete & fuel pressure regulator.
Oil catch can setup from vanos banjo’s & breather to rear dump.
Ftwl manifold.
T04e turbo.
Custom downpipe & full stainless exhaust system.
Genuine Turbo smart wastegate with screamer.
Oil feed from the vanos banjo.
Oil drain to timing case cover.
Magnetic sump plug.
Aem wideband.
Mac electronic boost controller
K data ecu with map running 12psi safely
Moving forward we have plans to change this setup, we have a precision 6262 on the shelf ready to fit, currently debating a fully forged build and going full hog or debating using the existing setup.
