I think the photographer seems extremely professional, and the defendant created her own narrative in her mind, and as a result, became unreasonable. The defendant breached the contract.
Her engagement photos are really nice. Also, I've never heard of a photographer having to negotiate with the venue for photgraphs. Most photographers, unless they already have a relationship with the venue, require the bride/groom to secure the venue, and that's usually because there is a cost associated with shooting. This photographer went well above the call of duty for this lady. Also, It takes months to get wedding photos and cinematography back. I think the industry standard is 8-12 weeks.
