Her engagement photos are really nice. Also, I've never heard of a photographer having to negotiate with the venue for photgraphs. Most photographers, unless they already have a relationship with the venue, require the bride/groom to secure the venue, and that's usually because there is a cost associated with shooting. This photographer went well above the call of duty for this lady. Also, It takes months to get wedding photos and cinematography back. I think the industry standard is 8-12 weeks.

The defendant should know that karma is real and she will lose more money in life than she cheated the plaintiff of. Also, the plaintiff should change her contract, so that in the future, the client has to pay her all the money she is owed when there is a breach of contract.
I actually think her contract is great. If you cancel she will now charge by the session which may cost more depending on the package. Let's say she the defendant only really wanted the engagement photos a 2 hr session lets say you get 20 photos but she wants the addt'l photos plus another outfit change . That's already $1600. I think the data fee was being overzealous because every phone has a data plan plus she isn't a lawyer so why charge for each contact with your clients lol. I will say her photography is beautiful.

Let's say she the defendant only really wanted the engagement photos a 2 hr session lets say you get 20 photos but she wants the addt'l photos plus another outfit change . That's already $1600. I think the data fee was being overzealous because every phone has a data plan plus she isn't a lawyer so why charge for each contact with your clients lol. I will say her photography is beautiful.
