Xana has always been shown to be a purely logically driven villain. Yet this moment he clearly showed signs of respect to the lyoko warriors calling it a day instead of immediately resorting back to attacking them.
I also thought it would be interesting if XANA's monsters turn out to have their own sentience from XANA himself, and that them working with the lyoko warriors & bowing to them would be a possibly cool singularity sign

My question is why the chivalry? They defeated the common enemy, so you'd think they'd wanna try getting those memories, while their guard is down. I mean, it isn't like xana was programmed with a sense of morality, right?
I don’t recall ever seeing this as a kid, but seeing it now, it actually makes me appreciate Xana as a villain even more as this part adds more character depth to them. It’s clear he was working in his own self interest, but at the end, was willing to not engage after the immediate threat was done, despite probably having the clear advantage for it
I love how Yumi statted by attacking a XANA monster, only to realize XANA isn't the main threat this time and is actually helping them, while Ulrich must've gotten informed probably by Yumi, Jeremie, or whoever that XANA is, surprisingly, on their side. good see Xana has honor because if he did not hath Honor his monster would of attacked a now weaken enemy (but to be fair Xana had no real mission goal right then and their)
It's also possible Xana was also weakened, so he just decided to not engage, I can't remember exactly but didn't xana have a limit on how many monster he could summon? He was probably running out, and just decided to call it a treaty

I always why jeremi dont create something Like 1 "parasite" to take control of some of the monsters like he control remote the crabs or the cubes To protect and help fight the team
Probably late reinforcement that wasn't needed at the end, same for that particular crab, as we can see right before odd shot his arrow there is only the block and the small one with aelira and Ulrich, and the the crab odd was riding died with the marabunta's explosion

attacking them in that situation is meaningless, xana didn't have any scyphozoa in the field

@@artistanthony1007 which comic wad this? I heard of the Lyoko comics but never got to read them but I'm really interested in the origins
i always thought this scene was so wholesome, especially when the monsters bow at her 😭🥹💗
The bow sold it for me
Me too, especially the Tarantula
@@teedoes Tarantula & Krab's bows were the best

My guess is that the Xana Monsters are to Xana as its soldiers. So I guess the chivalry moments were like comrades/brothers-in-arms type of thing
I love when the villain and hero have to work together to beat an even greater threat.
agree.
True
The most oddball team up in the whole show just for one episode is really cool. It was a highlight in Code Lyoko.

A truce to getting rid of a threat and calling it a day.

This episode always makes me sad, would have been awesome to see more episodes like this honestly.
"-luckily, XANA is here to give us a hand!"
A very rare sentence
When XANX decided to be an Anti-Hero, Taylor Swift style
Xana is optimistic survivor and willing to align with their enemies as the situation demands in order to survive
I miss this show
This was a really weird moment in the show...but a cool one nonetheless. :)
3:09 nice dab
Honestly my favorites were Tarantula & Krab
awesome video
This is the episode I like the most ini the whole series
In my defend, they stop airing it in second season
I bet XANA was so glad when this invention backfired on Jeremy.
I always why jeremi dont create something
Like 1 "parasite" to take control of some of the monsters like he control remote the crabs or the cubes
To protect and help fight the team
He did create the Marabounta in that regard; but that led to disaster, so I guess he doesn't want to repeat that mistake again
The tarantula didn't do anything why's he bowing
Even though Tarantula didn't do much, it's bow was the best right alongside Krab's bow
Probably late reinforcement that wasn't needed at the end, same for that particular crab, as we can see right before odd shot his arrow there is only the block and the small one with aelira and Ulrich, and the the crab odd was riding died with the marabunta's explosion
It makes sense that these are powered by multi-agents and all XANA which are independent as well so has to be that.
