siemens కంపెనీ మాజీ డైరెక్టర్ సుమన్ బోస్ ప్రెస్ మీట్ లో వినలేదా? 1. siemens 90% ఇస్తానన్నది, Grant in Aid అంటే అది డబ్బు కాదు, Grant in kind. అంటే, అది Siemens original software , manpower, training.
2. ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ 6 క్లస్టర్స్ కు యెంత అవుతుందన్నది, సర్టిఫై చేసింది, Central Institue of Tool Design.(CITD) , central Govt. Insitutuion. వాళ్ళే లెక్కకట్టి, 330 కోట్లు + 40 కోట్లు (GST). వాళ్ళ దగ్గరే చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం రిపోర్ట్ తీసుకుంది.
3. siemens కంపెనీ, ఛానల్ పార్టనర్ అయిన డిజైన్ టెక్ కంపెనీకి, ప్రభుత్వం వారు ఆ 330 కోట్లు చెల్లించారు, దానికి సరిపడా, పరికరాలన్నీ, 40 trucks ద్వారా పంపించామని, మా దగ్గర అన్ని రసీదులు ఉన్నాయని, మా దగ్గరికి CID వాళ్ళు వచ్చి వెరిఫై చెయ్యలేదని, ఇప్పుడు వచ్చినా మొత్తం invoices , రసీదులు చూపిస్తామని డిజైన్ టెక్ md , వీడియో లో స్పష్టంగా చెప్పాడు.
4. ఈ సుమన్ బోస్ , siemens వాళ్ళు తొలగించలేదు, ఆయనే 2016 లో resign చేస్తే, siemens వాళ్ళ రిక్వెస్ట్ మీద 2018 దాకా కొనసాగానని చెప్పాడు. 3. ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ కు 370 కోట్లు రిలీజ్ చేసింది, చెక్ మీద సంతకం వున్నది, ప్రాజెక్ట్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రేమచంద్రారెడ్డి మరియు అజయ్ కల్లామ్ రెడ్డి. వాళ్ళ పేర్లు మాత్రం FIR లో ఎందుకు చేర్చలేదు? ఎందుకు అంటే, రిటైర్ అయిన వాళ్ళు ప్రస్తుతం జగన్ దగ్గర సలహాదారులుగా పని చేస్తున్నారు.
5. ఈ స్కాం జరిగింది అని కేసు పెట్టిన జగన్ సర్కారు, 6 క్లస్టర్స్ లో , మొతం Equipment, forensic ఆడిటింగ్ చేయించామని ఒక రిపోర్ట్ తెచ్చారు, అందులో physical verification చెయ్యలేదని, స్పష్టంగా చెప్పారు. physical గా చెక్ చెయ్యకుండా 330 కోట్లకు సరిపడా పరికరాలు వచ్చాయో , ఆ సెంటర్స్ లో ఉన్నాయో లేదో ఎలా చెబుతారు?
5. CID వాళ్ళు ఒక ప్రక్క siemens తో అగ్రిమెంట్ అసలు జరగలేదని రిమాండ్ రిపోర్ట్ లో రాస్తారు, మరో పక్క Desgintek నుండి siemens కు 55 కోట్లు వెళ్ళ్లాయని రాస్తారు. అంటే ఎంత తప్పుల తడకగా ఉందొ చూడండి ఆ రిపోర్ట్. Siemens EX MD, suman bose క్లియర్ గా చెప్పాడు, CID వాళ్ళు పేర్కొన్న కంపెనీలు షెల్ కంపెనీస్ కాదని, అందులో ఉద్యోగులు పని చేస్తున్నారని చెప్పాడు.
7. ED , డిజైన్ టెక్ మీద మాత్రమే కేసు పెట్టింది ఎందుకంటె, వాళ్లకు వచ్చిన 330 కోట్ల మీద GST ప్రభుత్వానికి , వాళ్ళు చెల్లించలేదని. దానికి AP ప్రభుత్వానికి సంబంధం ఏమిటి? అందుకే ED , డిజైన్ టెక్ md ని అరెస్ట్ చేసింది,అతను బెయిల్ మీద వచ్చాడు. అందుకే ED అక్కడే ఆగిపోయింది. తప్పు ఉంటే, వాళ్ళు చంద్రబాబు ను కూడా అరెస్ట్ చేసేవారు కదా, 2018 లో వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది అన్నారు, అది ఇదే.
, 8. ఇంతకీ ఆ షెల్ కంపెనీలు అని చెప్పారు కదా, ఆ కంపెనీలనుండి చంద్రబాబుకు గాని, వాళ్ళ కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు గాని, ఎవ్వరి అకౌంట్స్ లోకైనా ఒక్క రూపాయి వచ్చింది అని, కేసు పెట్టి, 2 ఏళ్లయినా ఒక్క ఆధారం చూపించలేకపోయారు CID . అరెస్ట్ చేసింది ఆధారాలు రాబట్టడానికి అట. ఆధారాలు లేకుండానే ఎలా అరెస్ట్ చేసారు? ఈ పాటికే ఒక్క transaction అయినా చూపించాలి కదా, ఒక్కటి చూపించలేకపోయారు. అందుకే ఈ కేసు వీగిపోతుంది,అది ప్రభుత్వానికీ తెలుసు,కానీ వాళ్ళ ఉద్దేశం, కొంతకాలం జైల్లో పెట్టడమే.
9. కామెడీ ఏమిటంటే, జగన్ వచ్చిన 2019 లో, ఈ sill devleopment లో AP నెంబర్ వన్ అని పర్కటించుకున్నాడు. project బోగస్ అయితే నెంబర్ 1 అని ఎలా ప్రకటన ఇచ్చాడు?

CID వాళ్ళు ఒక ప్రక్క siemens తో అగ్రిమెంట్ అసలు జరగలేదని రిమాండ్ రిపోర్ట్ లో రాస్తారు, మరో పక్క Desgintek నుండి siemens కు 55 కోట్లు వెళ్ళ్లాయని రాస్తారు. అంటే ఎంత తప్పుల తడకగా ఉందొ చూడండి ఆ రిపోర్ట్. Siemens EX MD, suman bose క్లియర్ గా చెప్పాడు, CID వాళ్ళు పేర్కొన్న కంపెనీలు షెల్ కంపెనీస్ కాదని, అందులో ఉద్యోగులు పని చేస్తున్నారని చెప్పాడు.
7. ED , డిజైన్ టెక్ మీద మాత్రమే కేసు పెట్టింది ఎందుకంటె, వాళ్లకు వచ్చిన 330 కోట్ల మీద GST ప్రభుత్వానికి , వాళ్ళు చెల్లించలేదని. దానికి AP ప్రభుత్వానికి సంబంధం ఏమిటి? అందుకే ED , డిజైన్ టెక్ md ని అరెస్ట్ చేసింది,అతను బెయిల్ మీద వచ్చాడు. అందుకే ED అక్కడే ఆగిపోయింది. తప్పు ఉంటే, వాళ్ళు చంద్రబాబు ను కూడా అరెస్ట్ చేసేవారు కదా, 2018 లో వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది అన్నారు, అది ఇదే.
, 8. ఇంతకీ ఆ షెల్ కంపెనీలు అని చెప్పారు కదా, ఆ కంపెనీలనుండి చంద్రబాబుకు గాని, వాళ్ళ కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు గాని, ఎవ్వరి అకౌంట్స్ లోకైనా ఒక్క రూపాయి వచ్చింది అని, కేసు పెట్టి, 2 ఏళ్లయినా ఒక్క ఆధారం చూపించలేకపోయారు CID . అరెస్ట్ చేసింది ఆధారాలు రాబట్టడానికి అట. ఆధారాలు లేకుండానే ఎలా అరెస్ట్ చేసారు? ఈ పాటికే ఒక్క transaction అయినా చూపించాలి కదా, ఒక్కటి చూపించలేకపోయారు. అందుకే ఈ కేసు వీగిపోతుంది,అది ప్రభుత్వానికీ తెలుసు,కానీ వాళ్ళ ఉద్దేశం, కొంతకాలం జైల్లో పెట్టడమే.
