Even Matthias Netler appeared in the plot of Icecrown in WOTLK, it was the second good part of Arthas' soul that was torn and separated inside the sword, so that it would not prevent evil from acting against the whole world
@@polybius9089 In Warcraft lore, an external “corrupting force” that negatively influences characters is a common theme, but outright controlling their actions is a rarity. Blizzard has explicitly stated that Arthas was in complete control of his actions the entire time he was Lich King. I believe the same is true for Neltharion after he became Deathwing.
Ebyssian is black dragon with no connection at all to Neltharion which is what the flight needs...a clean slate
He feels shame because he thinks he did not enough. He is not Arthas or Illidan who had done too much in their journeys.
The amount of emotion they squeeze out of dragon-y and tauren-y faces is just ... chef's kiss. The animators are killing it. The voice actors are killing it. The writers are killing it. It's so good to give a damn about these characters and just enjoy any time they say or do something.
This played in my game with no dialogue audio was so shattered haha
Still hard to believe ebisian isn't running for the earth aspect
wowhead is literaly the best channel that u can get update with WoW!
Ebyssian's VA did a perfect job here. You can just hear the shame and compassion in there.
dragon eyed ebonhorn is character of the year
Ebyssian for the seat of the Black Aspect!
Ebyssian for Dragon Aspect!
Wow the pep up of ebyssian is amazing I love the updated model
In-game animations have come a looooong way since several years ago.
ya.. Ebyssians gonna be the new aspect, I think that most likely the best choice out of the options for the black flight tbh
Titans know they deserve the chance to be more after the literally hell their flight's been through.
I want absolutely the soundtrack :o
Ebyssian is my black dragon aspect
This confirmed to me that Blizz intended to make Ebyssian the Black Dragon Aspect all along. I wonder if they will have Wrathion throw a tantrum or not.
He will I have no doubt though I hope they don't turn him into a bad guy because of it he isn't just going to undo all he attempted to do to protect Azeroth over some title that would be injustice to him in my opinion.I would actually expect him to become a little cold and feeling alone and unrecognized and it falls to the players and Ebyssian to help guide him and see things....I hope
The voice acting was so good , I got emotional ngl
Wow this is a really moving scene.
Wth, this is like.. On another level. This is the same game, not one expansion ago, a poorly lip synced Garrosh made his last voice line before Alt-F4.
Finally making Tauren cool again - And its a dragon in disguise.
It's insane that Ebonhorn started out as a mistake and an insert character trying to fix a continuity error, and now he's our Black Dragonflight aspect.
So happy that they went with Ebonhorn, and how he turned out.
This cut scene is brilliant from start to finish. The voice acting, the emotion and the music. PS Ebyssian for Black Dragon Aspect please.
This cutscene is so good!
It's kinda crazy how much Presence Neltharion/Deathwing has in this expansion despite being dead in universe for years now, like he feels more important than he did in Cataclysm, the expansion he was literally the big bad of.
Can we just all agree how good the expressions are?
Ebonhorn for leader of the black dragon flight!
