The fact Skoriath effortlessly crushed the triple Nineball encounter AND Seraph in one attempt and minimal effort is absolutely wild after how much Vaati hyped that fight up.

Hey Skor, just wanted to provide an update on my Armored-Core-Brain-ed-ness: I have now beaten the first game, Project Phantasma, and Master of Arena. I never thought I would get this far considering that I wasn't really feeling AC1 at the start, but damn is this series of games like, actually really good.
I keep rewatching this video, too, I don't know why, it's just funny, and maybe my brain is installed backwards and I can't get over this game. I hear the Raven's Nest theme in my sleep. I'm actually on this page because I was checking this video to steal your AC build to fight Nine-Ball at the end of Master of Arena, I got insanely lucky and hit him with my last quad laser shot at 68 AP left, so thanks for the build, I guess.

Quads are really good in ac1, and you had pretty strong weapons for it too.
You just had a better match up, as must of it's hits just missed, or colided with your projectiles. If you were taller, considering you didn't move much at the start of the fight you would've died.
But in this case, Nineball couldn't beat the match up.
