Here's the real question, will the mods recreate the rest of the original game first, or square enix? Personally, my money is on the mods, but I think Square will add in a lot of new stuff and maybe even totally change the events that follow this part of the game. Who knows, I'm curious

I don't think like him so Cloud's lines always shocked me. I know his personality as I've played the original, played Crisis Core, and watched Advent Children, but I'm more upbeat like Tifa with a bit of attitude like Aerith (...but more swears, lol). I loved Cloud's surprising quips. With few lines, his face says it all but when he talks, it's often a zinger :)

I played the original and you did not get any character development for Biggs wedge and Jessie. so I'm glad they put some time to get to know these characters. you literally get all of Ariths backstory 5 minutes after adding her to the party.

Every time I hear Wedge talks I feel like he is about to sell me some unusually pure meth.
Its actually alcohol since you can see color from the shine when you see closer.
Once you've "Assessed" a monster, clicking the TouchPad brings back the info for review.
Or even before assessing for the more basic info.
Biggs is voiced by Gideon Emery (Or as I know him Fenris from Dragon Age 2), Wedge is voiced by Badger from Breaking Bad and Gunther from Kick Buttowski, and Jessie is voiced by Futaba.

Jessie sounding like Magilou makes it really hard for me to take her flirting seriously. It feels like if Cloud ever agreed, then as soon as his pants were down Jessie would yell "Magikazam!" and walk off to leave him half-naked and confused.

with a lot of reloading, I managed to do both the security door and item retrieval lever minigames on the first go to see what would change. Tifa says one thing different... I felt so rewarded.

About the sky images having depth but the high-fall images being flat... sky views give you a sense of scope and wonder, but looking down is just scary. Flat images just tell you it's "too far" down, plus it mostly makes sense because they're all one- or two-story buildings, while the structures above actually have depth many stories high.

Everyone had their opinion i guess because in my perspective, chapter 4 did a good job for the extension and breathing soul to our avalanche members...compared to dragging, tedious chap 3 & 5 and not to mention ch 17 hojo lab

Glad i'm not the only one who can't unhear Yosuke whenever Johnny is on screen... And yes, you can press the touchpad during combat to see stats on enemies, so if you already assessed them, you can still use the touchpad...

About your question - After you Assess enemy once you can check their info any time by pressing Touch Pad on PS4 Gamepad.
To be fair the creators themsleves said they didn't elaborate on sephiroth becuase by this point you're not touching ff7 without knowing how he is.

After you've used assess on an enemy, you just need to press down on the touchpad to see their info from then on, or you can look at them from enemy intel in your menu, if there's a magnifying glass by their names there that means you've assessed them and can look at what they're weak to whenever.
The minigame is great in the German version because barret roasts cloud about using his big sword as compensation for his ''size".

You know...I played this a lot. And then I played three Final Fantasys during this quarantine...and then I played Persona 5 Royal when I could finally pick up my Special Edition...and I just now realized that the VA for Jessie and Futaba are the same person.
