Yes! Confirm this! I lost more weight to get the fat off my face and arms but it's weird now bc that makes my butt go away however if i gain to get my butt back my face and arms come back too! Considering just getting my chin and arms done so everything matches.

For BBL : Is Faja with opened butt better or the closed one?
Open ones can dig into the butt. I prefer the Ogee Faja because it is closed but has lighter compression in the gluteal area. Here is a link if you would like to see it.

Now with the fat removed from the other areas in the lipo...is that fat prone to return or will it go to other area
The fat cells removed after lipo can't come back because there aren't any fat cells there to store fat. As long as your weight remains the same then the other areas will not add fat. Here is a video to help explain this:

Hi Dr.William! So I am scheduled for next year for 360& bbl but I am wanting to loose weight and I have enough time but I’d like to know if I’d be able to take weight loss medicine for it and be okay or would that effect the surgery. I’d like to be as safe as possible and will research before anything obviously it would have to be prescribed by doctor but just would like your input! Thank you!!
Yes it is safe to do so under your physician's guidance but make sure to stop a month before your surgery as long as your doctor gives you the green light to do so.

I’m getting weight loss surgery after a bbl, will my results change drastically?
I would imagine it would, but it depends on the amount of weight you lose. A lot of people with weight loss surgery lose massive amounts of weight in the order of 80 to 150 pounds so they have quite dramatic changes to their body.
Does this rule still apply after 2'3 yrs?
Your body usually will burn the internal fat first prior to burning other fat sources.
So what about if you’re getting a TT and BBL is it better to lose some weight before surgery for a better result on the tummy tuck, but will there be enough fat for the BBL? 🤔
It is very rare that I find a patient with insufficient fat for a BBL. The most common problem I see is excess internal fat. The internal fat cannot be removed with a TT or lipo and detracts from the shape and results. We really want to get the very best results.
Hey Doc ,I was reading your reviews on google . Some of the bad reviews are quite scary and they're all complaining about the same things . What caught my eye was that you do not respond to the negative comments or try solve some of the issues that are being brought up.
I mean no disrespect to you of any kind but it was kind of concerning .Scheduled dated being changed, Being charged extra fees ,Majority is spanish women(Some even said your staff was rude & unprofessional) ,The surgeon(you) not pitching up on the day of the surgery . I was wondering if there is perhaps an explanation to all of this .

The reason I don't reply is that I can't reply--it's illegal--a violation of the Heath Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996. Just by addressing a comment could violate their confidentiality which is illegal. So anyone is essentially able to say anything bad about their doctor whether it is true or not, and doctors are not allowed to comment back. I would love to comment back. Believe me, but my hands are tied. I can't say I can make every patient happy--no one can--but I do my best to provide the very best care I can. You can have a patient with a great result be very unhappy because they expected something else. That's the reason why I try to be as transparent and clear as I can before surgery to give patients the most realistic expectation.

Hello Dr. William, I plan on losing 10-15 pounds after a bbl surgery. I’m patiently waiting the 3 month mark for the fat to settle. Do you know if that’s a reasonable amount of time before dropping only a few pounds?
You could lose weight even sooner if you like. Your body typically burns the internal fat first.

Okay so if you eat your butt gets bigger but so will your stomach so pls make this make sense.
You can't put fat on in specific areas. The increased calories will be stored where you have fat cells and your body decides which fat cells to use to store the extra calories. You don't have any control of where your body will store the calories. It typically will go to the butt after a BBL because there are more fat cells there but it might also go other places as well including your stomach.
Also workout while gaining weight. Focus on weight training lifting heavy for legs and glutes.
What about the tummy tuck? If I lose weight after, won't flaps or elephant ears form on the edges of the incision?
Not at all. Dog ears are from excess skin.
@@DrWilliamMiamigood day, I had surgery and ended up with dog ears, my assumption that it was from the extended tummy tuck and at the ends was just folded up to stitch back up. How can this be fixed?

Hi dr, please could you tell me if it is possible to correct the bum creases after a BBL I think you call it chicken butt - can a bum crease be tidied up by creating a cut under the bum and have a leg lift or something ? Does this even make sense haha ? I can’t find this type of surgery anywhere
