Hey Dr.Williams I just wanted to say I was super tight in my butt/hip dip area due to trauma being stored and I was able to soften and loosen up those areas with simple stretches and Gua Sha on those areas directly. I think that would be beneficial to look into so you can maybe recommend to your patients to start atleast 3 months before surgery 6 months pre op is ideal but either way it is super beneficial atleast for me anyways. Hoping this helps someone who was in my same predicament! God Bless🙏
RE: Tissue Distensibility. What do you recommend for patients who are on the “tougher “end of the spectrum as far as tissue density? Is it Myofascial release? Stretching? What should a patient do to get “softer” before the surgery?
this video is so important, and i bet not many realise that...i wish you were in London Dr William! i haver recently had fat transfer bbl and it appears that i have/will have to flat spots due to the dents being there in the first place .... i am yet to seek a second opinion and already depressed about the unsatisfactory result.......... :(
How recent? You probably still need to 'fluff' my bum took about 4months to get the final results. Also weight training is slowly removing my flat spot.
@@lilneets5141 i am afraid there is nothing left to "fluff" moreover my whole lipo area is totally "botched" as i still feel numb and tight and very hard. apparently i have a very delayed healing, which is odd as i am not a smoker, have a diet you can write a book about and dont drink alcohol......... basically depressed and so disappointed :( i had a seroma which was drained twice.........but i felt it could have done with couple of more draining............not sure if thats relevant at all.......
A lot of the time, but not always. Sometimes in the operating room I am surprised by someone I thought would pop out, because their tissue feels soft, but when you try to get the tissue to expand as the fat goes in it won't. There are a few little tricks I have to get the best amount of projection but there are limits from the tissue.
I had two rounds with dr William and let me say. This is absolutely correct. My right butt cheek has always had a flat spot. I thought it could be fixed by just adding more fat to the area.. I woke up from surgery with it round and after a few weeks it went right back to its original shape. I finally realized it’s just my tissue and not the doctor. Kinda like getting braces and your teeth moving back after. our bodies are just made up uniquely and does it’s own thing sometimes, even after intervention.
Can you show her result later on? I just had round 2 for my flat spot but I see it coming back a bit. And will sitting too soon or not wear a faja 24/7 effect these flat spots or no matter what the patient does it will come back?
Is there a way to get tight tissue to loosen up for a bbl? Also, how long would you stop using topical Retin A before surgery? Could you use retinol instead ? It is applied to the face
Dr William , If I go regular to the gym and do heavyweight to grow the glutes muscle but I still want to get a bbl would it be more difficult to inject fat to the glutes ?
Not at all! Working out and lifting before surgery is the best thing to do before and AFTER surgery. IT doesn't affect the performance of the surgery at all.
Sometimes it can be corrected wiht a BBL2, but most of the time there are still some areas of flatness there after a second round BBL if they were present after a BBL1.
Mine looked full and now I’m in my 3rd month and it looks smaller and a small flat spot where I have cellulitis 😢 my question is it’s my but staying flat like I never had a bbl ?😢 helppppp ughh
Is her tailbone tilted? I have a tilted tailbone and I have a flat spot on the side that leans and only thay side. If I get my tailbone aligned will it fix it or will I have to get a bbl to fix it?
And in a few years shell have another "dense tissue issue" or something else that shes probably already saving up for sigh..all of this to then leave ur body here on earth anyway smh shame
This channel is so informative- thank you💖
I second that! lol
I don't ever see myself getting a bbl because surgery in general is scary..but, I love dr Williams work...he is really amazing!
This makes me feel so comfortable to see that you do ultrasounds.
Yes I do. Here is a video that shows how it works.

I haven't heard of Gua Sha. Thank you for sharing.
what stretches?
I love your work and the education you give us ❤

Right on time. I’m 3+ weeks and the same flat spot appears again and overall projection is not much :(.
Same 😢I’m going for a second round just for my hips cuz the dips are horrible.
Would this be a reason for a Round 2?
Your so informative!!!! Ur amazing doc ❤
Beautiful job Doctors like your work 😮
Awesome video. With before and timelier after pictures. So hard to perceive results from on- the- table post surgery pictures. Thank you👍

Before you do the BBL? Can you tell when you 1st meet your patient if their tissues are going to be dense or soft?

I thought it was because I sat down to early. My right cheek is flat also. I hate it.
My dr recommend Aveli you can really target those flat spots and dimples
@@moniquefloresbeauty1782 hi doll, what's that?
@@lilneets5141what are you planning on doing? I’m going back to William For a round 2.
How can you tell if you're one of group with dense tissue?
Amazing work ❤
I have this naturally which is why I want a bbl. But but looks like I’m always sucking In my cheeks it’s so flat 😂
Hello Doctor do recommend getting a massage before lipo for better results
No I don't, just after.

I’m definitely dense tissue 😫
I definitely need a round 2 because my but got flat on the bottom. They didn't put enough fat in that area.
It's usually that the tissue won't pop out--not a case of not putting enough fat in.
Could you use Aveli to release the fascia and get the tissue to expand more?
Can it be done with a rd 2?

I have flat spots😭help me😫I should be getting mine in January 2025, I’m looking for a doctor whose speciality is bbl🙏🏽
Where is he located
I am in Miami. www.drwilliammiami.com
😢this is me
Flat spots are tough.
How to know my tissue type and will pop up or not?
Rock or balloon?
Is he expensive
Can you determine the tissue expansion prior to surgery?
I can tell if it will be really easy or if it will be impossible but the rest of the time I have to wait until I'm in the operating room.
Is her tailbone tilted? I have a tilted tailbone and I have a flat spot on the side that leans and only thay side. If I get my tailbone aligned will it fix it or will I have to get a bbl to fix it?
Hello i have hip replacement can the scar line be fill out
It usually does with time. I would use a scar system though to help it fill in.
What if you add a Lil sculptra to the flat spot will that help?
I don't use Sculptra for the butt. Doesn't really make much difference and if fat can't get a flat spot Sculptra surely won't either.
Does aveli get rid of flat spots
No
What makes dense tissue and what makes soft tissue?
Genes.
Diet since infancy
Exercise since a child
How can you get rid of dimples on the butt?
Aveli
I need the ogee shape, I’m voluptuous back there with some hip dips
Then that makes it easier as once the hip dips are filled in the shape is there.
Dr William can you please fill in my hip dips, I share you’re content on TH-cam and tik Tok and I’m truly invested in all of youre educational videos
I'd be happy to.
Which country are you from doc
