I always use a walking cane. But not help me walk… I fill it with M&Ms for anytime I need a candy treat throughout the day. It also sounds like one of those rain sticks!

This has been out Rite Aid since we moved here in 1995. I’ll miss it , some of my friends worked there for years. They moved my husband’s and my prescriptions over to the Walgreens in Pine Hill.
i used to go into that Rite Aid all the time when i was a kid! We lived in Tory Estates right by there about 25 years ago and would always go into that store as it was the closest for drinks, candy, etc. Sad to see it go
I remember when Rite Aid first went into my area by purchasing Harco Super Drug as well as K&B. They promised a better experience, but they got rid of the famous K&B ice cream and purple colored products. They stuck around until 2018 when Walgreens bought the stores. Most are converted into Dollar Tree, but there’s still a couple former Rite Aid stores that fully converted into Walgreens (that didn’t turn into “Smallgreens”.)
In, Clinton Township, (a suburb of Detroit) just recently closed permanently.
In the window and there is a sign saying This Store is Closed Permanently.
And, there is another sign on the side of the building saying, Free Flu Shots are Available. How can a Patient get a Free Flu Shot, and Rite Aid is Closed Permanently? 8:45
Rite Aide might be around much longer sadly.
