Yes they still get nervous because they get to perform on bigger stages and important shows, and not to mention the pressure they feel since they're the most popular group now
Regarless of the popularity, thats the start of the end when they Dont feel nervous anymore while performing. Im sure they do, they arent that stupid that they would start getting comfortable and content with their music and performance.
17:06 the reason jhope looked at jimin like that is because that was the VERY FIRST time he received fan mail SINCE THEIR DEBUT beforehand he never received fan mail or messages on social media from the fans (he was very under appreciated) thankfully it is not that way now! Our lovely jhope gets so much love and appreciation💜
Also to your question about why jhope looked at him like that: Jhope hardly ever received fan mail/letters, and no one ever left NICE comments for him in their blog. The rest of the scene was cut, but you would’ve seen jhope hug Jimin, most likely shocked and surprised that he got some! I personally would’ve wrote a book expressing my love and compliments, respect and adoration of hoseok!!
@@bela777 no. He was surprised because he never got any so when jimin went around handing out the members fanmail jhope was surprised when he received some!
this chapter showed the last few months of 2013, BTS's debut year, while "house of cards" was released in 2015(?), so you'll have to wait a little longer for this song haha
19:22 "Mountain over Mountain" is sort of like "uphill battle" in that as soon as they have overcome one hurdle/reached the next level, there's another challenge that that they have to get over.
Theres actually quite a big gap from "best new artist" to their other big awards, that come in the later years. Best new artist was definitely a stepping stone of sorts bcoz it gave them more motivation, but it also opened up a floodgate of hate
This songs N.O. is such a great song. BTS even in their early age, they stood up to what they believed in and what they are fighting for. Most adults did not like BTS before because of how honest their music is, they thought BTS was rebelious. I hope you do a reaction on this song, the choreo is amazing too.
As you can see by the each episode of the documentary, all these problems SK were having, BTS was addressing in their music, so you can see how revolutionary they were, and how meaningful BTS music truly was for the regular man going through all these issues.
honestly, the studying situation is no less horrible in India. most of the students go to school till 4 or 5 and then off to tuitions till god knows how long. kudos to them for making this song.
So true!!... Watching him is like reliving my own journey down the rabbit hole (ARMY since 2016) It is bringing back the original excitement again for me.
BTS have often expressed their thoughts in whether they’re idols and artists. I prefer to call them artists as they aren’t your typical idols. They’re Korean artists but BTS aren’t manufactured to make money! Yes they have brand deals etc but all groups do! BTS is truly artists with their healing and inspiring messages and songs! Edit: BTS were never really pop idols. They were hip hop/hop hop idols, I think 2017 was around the only time period you could call them idols, and then from 2018 onwards I’ve classed BTS as artists!
Basically mountain over mountain means that you think the peak will make everything better but ince you reach the peak there's just more struggles and another mountain to climb. So basically the struggle is never over even at the top.
Just curious, are you watching the bonus content and deleted scenes on your own if not you should they're also worth watching. I think each episode has them.
Yes, they do get nervous now (sometimes) for example in 2017 Suga said he cried the night after their presentation at the AMAs and that he was very nervous
you asked why jhope looked at jimin like that. in the early days of bts jhope wasn’t very popular and received a lot of hate. while the other bts members had received fan mail before, jhope hadn’t, and those were his first ever fan letters. they cut it out, but jhope stood up and gave jimin a huge hug. it’s honestly really sweet, but also very sad.
As someone who works in the entertainment field, you ALWAYS get nervous. Whether I'm in front of the camera or behind it I'm always worried something will go wrong. Professionals are just really good at hiding it.
10:14 sir you do know that the "designer" clothes they were wearing back then were all fake right?? They didnt have money like that back then. They almost went broke back then remember? If u look closely V's hoodie says "channel", not "chanel". Im comfy saying this bcoz my boys have made it now, to the point where they have a louis vuitton deal in their back pocket :). So i call that ✨growth✨
As an international fan, I was shocked when I learned how "idols" are expected to act perfectly and be perfect in South Korea. I certainly don't expect them to be perfect human beings and I'm sure that most international fans can agree with that. I'm sure that not all fans in South Korea actually expect them to be perfect either, but it's crazy to me that anyone would expect perfection from anyone else. Like that's literally so unrealistic. I truly believe that things will so slowly get better in that regard but it will take some more time.
@@carolinesch. That's correct, & he's no where now huh, B-Free, i hope that happens to every person that talks bad about BTS, they deserve everything, it was indeed Karma, i have zero respect for those people! So, how did u know that, that he went to jail, may i know what he did wrong.
Most of these clips are from BTS's TH-cam channel from the "Episodes" tab , I believe but also from their "Rookie King" series that is also on TH-cam. This is a good way to watch a lot of their old videos without actually going through the old videos like a lot of us did.
I literally got goosebumps when jungkook came on the screen to beat their asses in N.O right after the suicide rate commentary. BTS educating and healing people with their music.
Hey, I know I already left a bunch of comments but I wanted to say I really like your smile when you see the boys just living life and smiling, or when they act humble, it brightens my day and you look really happy and feel admiration and happiness for them, and I see you them become happy, which then makes me happy 😂 Anyways I really like your smiles and happiness during this docu series 😊
I hate to see the way the industry and the Koreans themselves treated bts, these videos make us understand what other people think about Korean music and how they put BTS in a box, they called them a "product" when in fact they are one of the few artists who are truly involved in their music Sorry for my bad english
You have to be imperfect to be perfect. That’s a bar. Mountain over mountain might mean one hardship after another. After climbing one mountain, there another higher mountain?
Saying that hiphop=macho culture is basically also excluding women from hiphop which is weird aswell as men that do not fullfill the norms of "macho" it is so pointless, anyone can do hiphop
17:00 jhope looked at jimin like that cuz he was confused he was getting fan mail ..unfortunately back then he wasn’t the most popular member i wished i was a fan back then to give him fan mail and i’m pretty sure jimin game him some of his mail

25:05 what u said there is not very true. I mean u could say people knew them but they didn't win the big daesang awards. Just new artist and stuff. 2015/16 was more like the time they took off. Not really in the US but more in south korea.
It’s surprising for me to watch people from the west react to the Asian school system because that’s just the norm over here 💀💀💀 What’s even worse is that mental health isn’t talked about here nearly as much as it is in the west.
I honestly enjoy watching this with you. I've been waiting for this so I didn't watch the original one yet but will surely do after. About the house of cards, it wasn't released yet at that time so maybe that's the reason why the creator didn't add it since y'know it's telling their story step by step.
They get nervous. Performers always want to be perfect. Dancers always work to surpass what they did previously. Everyone fights weight. I’ll stop here. But, by now, when there are problems, they have lots of experience in figuring out what to do on the spot.
I think HOC (full length version) was released in May of 2016 and was on The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever (the Outro: HOC version was released November 2015 though and was on The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Part 2) 💜 It’s probably my favourite song by the vocal line, it’s emotional depth is incredible, especially when you think how young they were when they first recorded and performed it...
Is it fan noise? Are you using a Mac? If yes, go to Finder then click on Applications and Utilities then click on Activity monitor. Click on CPU tab then quit the first 3 apps there that's taking over CPU.

They get nervous when they are doing something for the first time. Like when they first went to perform at Billboard or at the UN meeting
10:21 BTS had explained that they used to buy cheap shirts and print labels on them cause they didnt have enough money to dress like other idols :)
