I have an issue with my kia ceed clutch. When I remove the clutch from putting the car into second gear. The clutch pedal sticks on the way out . Previous experience has sent me the warning that my clutch is about to go. So I have bought a LUK replacement clutch kit. I have been 2 there are 2 other parts on the car that can be doing this 1 is some small cylinder behind the engine below the windscreen the other is a component on the right side of the engine as you look down into it
I have previously had clutch problems on a Ford, Peugeot and a mazda and never need other parts changed . The car is a 1.6 petrol and any pointers would be very helpful 👍
Strangely enough it's working better after a few drives. My instincts would Rule out the clutch itself and is it possible to bleed, master cylinder and slave cylinders?

I'll try to replace the clutch pump or the slave cylinder first, which one is the cheapest.

Yes, it could be the air getting into the clutch circuit, especially if your brake pads are worned and the brake fluid is getting low.
@@autotips5141 i have had my brakes changed. Discs pads and new cable . Could that job have allowed air to get into the system

I didn't remove the gearbox, I just only separated from the engine enough to gain access to clutch plate bolts.
@@autotips5141 update I did remove the transmission and installed the new clutch and my car is driving and changing gears like new
In how many hours you removed and putit back?

@@jarlevanlandeghem8595 How did you remove the transmission? is it a subframe out job? I have disconnected the driveshafts and the lower ball joints.
